I never finished watching that. I enjoyed it, and then it went all Endless Eight for a couple of episodes and I quit...

I should probably try to pick it back up, it's good.
 
Massive Funimation sale going on through Amazon. Last through December 31st. Lost of series now for $26 or less. (Complete Black Lagoon collection including Roberta's Blood Trail is $40 all together. Not bad.)

EDIT: Trigun is $17. Most Funimation series are on sale for $25.49)

EDIT 2: In related news, the old Anime Legends series are getting pricey. Wolf's Rain is on sale for $85 new and $75 used.

Considering that they share the same VA (Yuko Miyamura) and Yuko's birthday was used for Asuka, then if you think otherwise...

Glorious every time, though I was referring to Cruel Angel's Thesis. In fact, the entire OST for that show just rocked, including the Hey Jude clone that played during the Shinji Liquidises Humanity While I Play Unfitting Music scene in EoE.

Her plug suit is my favorite as well and I love the jacket-on-plug suit action. It's wonderful.

Not too much I'm going to really go for as my care for many things isn't enough for me to buy them, even at really low prices. Also LOL at how Ghost in the Shell: Arise is already on sale. 2,500 copies of an import in this market where most stuff can't hit 5 digits was totally going to sell, right FUNimation?

The Dubbed version of Arise does come out next year. Most likely using the SAC cast.
 
Rei is naked in the scene where everybody hugs and turns into tang though?

If you're not referring to giant nakedness though, does that mean your favourite scene is the one where her arm falls off? That scene grossed me out...

You need a rewatch.
 
Personally, I think the most traumatic thing that happens to Rei in NGE probably involves seeing the destroyed bodies of all of your clones. That or episode 23, take your pick. She didn't seem especially moved either way when Shinji fell on her, which of course reflects on her origins.

I don't remember FUNi stating that, especially when you consider reverse-importation fears (Gits:Arise finishes up sometime next year). 2015 is more likely.
