Are all anime shows a bit sexual? As I've said, I don't watch that many. SAO is a bit more sexual than what I expected.
Plenty have it, and it's been like that for decades.

I personally don't like Shingeki no Kyojin.

*ducks for cover*

No really, I just don't like it. Or One Piece, or SAO, or Naruto, and I reserve a special hatred in my heart for Free! and all the tumblrfags that religiously worship it.

I agree with all of the above. Although I do kind of like Attack on Titan, but Eren and Armin ruin it for me. I absolutely hate those kind of characters.

And I have no idea what "Free!" is so time to Google!

And someone told me there isn't any fan service in Sword Art Online. Liars.

Name still sucks. Still not watching.
There was nothing to read the rest of. All I saw was a single long line. But yeah, the harassment deal was goofy and completely unnecessary. I got over it pretty quick.

Anyhow, I'm about to post something badass:

I don't know who drew that, but the arm over the head, drawing a sword with string between teeth and the glowing blue eyes is fierce.
That's cute.

But seriously, that's a really nice artwork. It just instantly reminded me of this so I had to post it. :p

I hated their inner monologues that basically kept going over the obvious points in the show repeatedly. Especially during the Survey Corps mission in the 4th arc.

I'd much rather they cut most of the irrelevant filler from the anime (which helped stretch the season out over 25 episodes) than keep it in and have me lose almost all interest before the end.

Dude don't do this to me at work...

I think that everybody like pretty much the same anime. The question is, what anime do we DISLIKE...

Trigun. omFg Trigun. And Rurouni Kenshin. You can't imagine how much I hate those two.

I hate Lucky Star with a passion.

There are times when I want to kick you in the groin. whenever that happens I'll remember you said this and it'll calm up my rage against you. Yes, Lucky Star is unfathomable.

A-Channel. Absolutely pointless, sorry excuse for a "slice-of-life comedy". I can't believe people who like it exist.

Even at least Lucky Star references other anime for some humour.

Looks like I've gotten a variety of responses...
My opinion:
Rurouni Kenshin-- looks a bit too old for me.
Trigun-- heard it was legendary, still never going to watch it.
Lucky Star-- blegh
Shingeki no Kyojin-- Why is this anime so hyped? It's got nice animation, but that's ALL that I like about it. Eren is a bag of empty promises. Armin has issues. Mikasa is probably one of those weird female bodybuilders.
Sword Art Online-- Every single plot element feels forced, as if the writers wanted to write something else but were paid into writing something they didn't want to.
A-Channel-- I looked it up, it looks like another slice of life clone.

My opinion on a few obvious ones:
Cowboy Bebop-- :bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown:
Ghost in the Shell-- On my list, I like how it looks
Fate/Zero-- On my list, I like how it looks
Eureka Seven-- On my list, heard a lot about it
Puella Magi Madoka Magica-- Best THING I've seen in a very long time. Beats out everything American except House MD.
Mobile Suit Gundam (All before 00)-- animation isn't up to par, but the Gundams and story are great.
Monogatari-- Amazing, except the story they had to follow was ruined in the second season.
Toradora-- Best love story I've seen yet.

Now that is just unnerving for me.

Well there was that one scene. Not much compared to Kill la Kill I suppose.
lol, Kill La Kill is like, it's genre is, fanservice.

@Not_A_Guest Attack on Titan is all teh hype. Staying well away from that one. Art style is also teh :yuck:s.

I also hate Haruhi Suzumiya. Everybody has wtf retarded eyes so wide apart. Poor Mikuru has it the worst.
Gonna watch it soon though, to see what Roger's hype is all about.

Kill La Kill is amazing. All that skin actually contributes to the story, but the boxart and such drive people away from watching it. My cousin recommended it to me, and I'm glad he did.

As for AOT, I'm glad that GTPlanet hasn't turned into a gathering place for close-minded fools from Tumblr.

Haruhi Suzumiya-- I saw her face once and I was already hesitating about watching it. Not ever gonna watch it now because @Roger the Horse said something about molestation. ????

Only 14 episodes in, but I can say it's well worth checking out* along with the OST. I wouldn't let the sluggish build-up put you off either since it does begin to pick up a bit by episode 8.

*Episode 14 itself is more of a 13.5 recap episode of the previous 13. Maybe one or two original scenes worth watching, but it's mostly skippable material.

That should be compelling you to watch it more.

And yeah, heard Kill La Kill is deep, so not writing it off just yet. But to an average non anime viewer, it just reinforces their views that all anime is hentai :p

It starts off kinda slow, so have patience when you watch it. The show is always always entretaining but some times it doesn't go anywhere. Stilll, endure. I was this close to dropping it, but I'm glad I didn't. In the end it's freaking awesome, scored an easy 9 in the Canometer.

I thought so too when I watched it. But the latter half I absolutely loved. Your experience may vary though

Yeah. I came incredibly close to dropping Kill La Kill, but just as I was about to it suddenly gained a whole pack of awesome and I was completely hooked. Nui is both incredibly funny and incredibly creepy, even if she seemed annoying when they introduced her.

Oh yeah, Gurren Lagann and Kill La Kill just got added to Netflix UK.

And with that, I'm leaving the UK... :banghead:

The first series of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya repeatedly uses a cheap molestation gag which is very good at completely putting people off of the series. This is a shame, as otherwise the writing is witty, the animation is incredibly expressive (in quite a slapstick way, if you like slapstick Haruhi is great), the soundtrack is of a high quality, ad the Japanese dub contains some of the best voice acting I've ever heard. Michelle Ruff is outstanding in the English dub, as well, although Wendee Lee should stick to voicing femme fatales.

Monogatari-- Amazing, except the story they had to follow was ruined in the second season.
It wasn't the story that was ruined so much as the feel. As soon as that emotionless Hatsune Miku lookalike and her...owner I think came in, that annoyed me. In fact Tsukihi Phoenix in itself was just...bad. (Unless the toothbrush was the first ep of that but it might not have been) Tsukihi herself annoys me a bit. Apart from the first scene of Neko. I only gave Nise a 9.
I must watch the Second Season. I only watched the 1st episode of that and was left greatly disappointed that I didn't get to see Tsubasa and Senjo in the shower.

Shingeki no Kyojin-- Why is this anime so hyped? It's got nice animation, but that's ALL that I like about it. Eren is a bag of empty promises. Armin has issues. Mikasa is probably one of those weird female bodybuilders.
>Nice animation Not sure if serious...
