Ai Tenchi Muyo! episodes are only 4 minutes long? They added some more characters and is released daily. Sasami is a bit taller and everyone else is the same.
Though one of the wiki's states that its 5 minute/ 50 episodes and it should help promote tourism for Takahashi, Okayama.

Haven't watched a harem-centric show in a long while.

Thinking back, I'd pick Samurai Girls as my favourite for it's colourful character design, art style and soundtrack. The plot is non-existent sadly.
