Yes, it is the 2nd season. Just go through both of them on KissAnime, it should have both seasons in HD IIRC.

tl;dr We're finally getting Eva on Blu-ray, ALL OF IT. Time to save up like $500 to import it next summer. You can never own Eva enough times, and if they properly remaster it, it'll look absolutely drop-dead gorgeous.

EDIT: Started Pet Girl of Sakurasou. It's actually really good, I would recommend it. Think Toradora, but with a less dated art style.
