EDIT: First episode of S3 of kaleid liner dropped today. Fun stuff, but it had like 6 whole minutes of yuri in it. Just a little too much.

Is Eva 3 actually any good? I accidentally spoiled quite a bit of it a long time ago (not that I really care since I don't actually know what any of it looks like) and it doesn't appeal to me in any way. It all seems absolutely ridiculous, frankly.

TBH, I felt that it was weak because of how little attention it gave to anyone who wasn't Shinji.

Finished Darker than Black. It was a pretty good show. It got a bit confusing towards the end similar to what happened from watching Scrapped Princess. I'll add more onto this once I take care of the 2nd season
 
Speaking of waifus, while wearing the bin at the anime convention, I did manage to piss off a few people with my choices. :lol: Even was posed with a chick strangling me at one point.

Yep. More specifically though it's Sun Miko Tamayorihime. Most of Tama's other renditions don't have quite so colorful hair...

I finished Grisaia no Rakuen this morning. The season was cool but I found the ending to be meh. I like how writers delved more into the history between Yuuji & Asako (Who is a bomb might I add.... Along with Amane....Waifu... Yeah...). There's one thing I still don't get though.....

So how in the heck did those 5 girls end up at Mihama Academy? Was it all the doing of Kazuki as Thanatos due to their circumstances? That's the only thing I don't get now.

Yesterday, upon watching some breakdancers during a session , this thought struck me; Isn't there any dancing anime? I think a breakdancing one would be pretty sick. Madhouse animation to boot.

I also started Amagi Brilliant Park today. I thought it was gonna be meh but so far I'm finding it to be entertaining.

I found Rakuen pretty meh as well. Especially the boat jump... that was stupid. :lol: Was hoping for an Initial D parody too.

I don't think the Thanatos had been developed then. It's a good theory but seems too far fetched, even for Grisaia. :lol: I think it's just one of those anime logic moments where you can't really make sense of it. I mean, normal school, 5 students in a huge premises, riiiiiight. :lol:

I think the terrorist taking Tachibana capture and then getting the offer of welcoming Kazumi to the Academy is too physiological for even the Thanatos to predict, even though Aname and Kazumi did get together as promised because of it.

If only @AOS- had watched it, then he'd be able to share some light. :lol:

Well, last time I checked the Kickstarter page for that, the project seems to be nearing a "survey" of some description, and a Backer kit has been announced. Also, a new update regarding the project will come in the 29th of this month. So, it's still a thing somewhat, I guess.

Check out Tribe Cool Crew if you're interested, the CG turned me off though...

Also Amagi doesn't go anywhere; you should drop it if you're looking for a compelling story and deep characters.

Too late :lol: I had nothing better to do today apart from washing cars so I went and burned through Amagi. It did go somewhere, not far but somewhere. Although the show itself was alright but entertaining. Isuzu was a bomb, Moffle, Tiramie & Maccron were funny. For lighthearted fun it was great.

Compelling story & deep characters , I'll watch Bakemono for that :sly: Where's Kizu anyway?

Tribe looks interesting, I'll show it to one of my friends. I was thinking of something grittier, more along the lines of a Gangsta look but with dance.

Speaking of friends, Operation: Get Model Friend Who Is A Girl To Be An Otaku Who Will Eventually Cosplay has failed kinda. Oh well, onto other ventures, or potential vict..... I mean candidates

@SVX Guess it's just another day in the world of anime. Anime logic at its finest. I'm sure the VN covered what @AOS- could explain, and damn 1 year though....

Wasn't able to get the ball rolling all week, but I finally sat down a few hours ago and finished up the line work.

It is super plain as balls being the same line weight everywhere. I may save a copy to experiment with line weights... or I may not.

In any case, I want to get the colouring started.

I feel like I stepped down so many levels with this change after seeing that impressive work by ilya kushinov which I featured last week.

I strongly suggest you should mess around with the line weights before you colour. It will make a world of difference. I'll pm something I'm working on (not anime related though) where I messed around with the weights but I was very happy with the results

@Cano , I believe you haven't seen RIN yet, that show needs preparations :lol:
