I was watching madoka before you spoke about it, ran.

edit: what the.. no more kuroko for you now? The Hell?!?!? :(

Record time for you, didn't even have it for 3 hours..

Oddly, I am always behind the times.

I know how you feel. Madoka is the first new show I've been keeping up with since Spice And Wolf lol.

I still have anime from the mid-90's I need to watch :(

Here AOS-:

Just wanted you to look at it :)

I'll go back to my cave now :(

I actually have not bothered to watch Madoka, though I think I watched the first episode. Is it as awesome as I hear it is?

It keeps getting better as it goes on. Surprisingly good IMO.

oof, what am I still doing up. Watching the first episode of Madoka! Good enough to merit watching the second. You guys and your peer pressure. Moh!

It's going to come back. I feel all special with the Kagami one though and figured I should use it for at least 24 hours :p

Yeah they've already broken my peer pressure meter.

Just dropping in here to say that I'm not dead, but rather I can't be bothered to login here and post anything these couple of days. With that said I did manage to watch Spice & Wolf season 1 & 2 yesterday and the day before and it was really enjoyable! 👍

My first time posting in this thread.
I just started watching the Initial D stages on netflix watch instantly. I'm hooked and I take it that this series is completely different from the ones I was watching a few years back?

Hehehe:

Always thought that would be a great joke.

Initial D isn't new :p

and whoopee another ID watcher, now we can chat about episodes

I know ID isnt new, I started collecting the dvds a long time ago. The Stage 1,2,3...etc episode i've never seen before. Just wondering if they are a different take on the series.

Cant tell if you're being sarcastic or not but i'm up for discussing episodes. 👍

Edit: Just bought Vexille on Blu-Ray online. Any insight?

I still need to finish Stage 4 of ID. Better off starting it over since it's been years.

You know Initial D fanboyism is rubbing off on me when you try to drift a R32 in GT5  2 nights ago I said I was only going to play for a bit, I ended driving around Trial Mountain for 2 hours non-stop with a r32... Now if only Amalfi was back in

Could try creating the custom tracks using Toscana or Aso. :p
Also, it would be just better to play Initial D rather than to try and replicate ID on GT5...

:( All that money I've wasted on the Initial D arcade game back in the day...

Had a blast though. We'd battle each other downhill with our headlights off it was great.

Hmm, hard so say without knowing what you've seen, but there's only one take on the series.

Stage 1 beginning 26 episodes,
Second Stage 13 episodes,
Extra Stage 1 side story,
Third Stage movie to bridge 2nd and 4th,
Battle Stage 1 like a remastered compilation of battles from previous stages in preparation for Stage 4,
Fourth Stage 24 episodes brings us to the end of the story so far (in anime, the manga is still going and may get to a stopping point within a year, so we'll probably get a Fifth Stage in 2013),
Battle Stage 2 another remastered recap of battles,
Extra Stage 2 another side story.

All the main stages are worth rewatching, extras and battles not so much imo.

I use Anime News Network as a reference. Users there gave Vexille a 7/10 on average (just making the top third of the list). Never heard of it myself.

Just finished rewatching Escaflowne since it's been about a decade since I'd last seen it (on VHS!) Still great.

Started Angelic Layer a few days ago and it's good so far.

Same here, I have no clue where my cards are these days. I've moved 6 times and got married since the last time I played it. I think my wife 86'ed 'em. Wangan Midnight is pretty fun.

Thanks for that! I'll have to hunt a few of those down now.
