Fullmetal question:

So, I watched the first series a while ago, and remember it ending with Ed on the other side of the gate, in a world like the real world in WWII London. Now, I'm starting Brotherhood, and there's like no reference to this. Is this ever going to be addressed, or just ignored?

In regards to your question

From what I've read, FMA (the original TV version) veered away from the manga halfway through the series and thus became the WWII thing, which was pretty much of an OVA I guess. Brotherhood, on the other hand, follows the manga MUCH more closely than it's predecessor.

Oh, and hooray for Yuri <3 *German Suplexes people in celebration*

And still watching Lucky Star. LOVED the Initial D segment in episode six! Can't keep myself from grinning though whole episodes for some reason.:)
 
I want to see Brotherhood. I heard it's pretty awesome. Wish at the time I would have known they were going to make it or I wouldn't have watched the original series...


But supposedly the animation is much better and the story is now correct haha. I may watch it sometime down the road.




I loved the ID part in Lucky Star too. That was great!

I thought brotherhood was better than the origina, but that's just me.

LOL, first time I saw that part, i couldn't stop laughing for 10 minutes straight, it was so awesome :lol:
 
Just finished watching Madoka. Pretty tasty. The conclusion's a little shaky if you think about it too much, but ignoring that, it was a very fun and twisted ride. :p

I just watched "Aria: The Scarlet Ammo" series on FUNimation.com videos, and it is pretty good. Just the girls with guns, you know? ;)
