That first Miku pic is adorable. The second Miku pic is badass as well as the Black Rock Shooter pic.

I was hooked on MR4 on PS2.

I can't wait for tomorrow already!! I'm anticipating Dantalian no Shoka and I wanna watch moar Usagi Drop.

But to get back on topic... Jeff! Have you watched Hanasaku Iroha? I think it's totally you, being Seinen and all.. I just finished episode one, and it reminds me of Spirited Away.

Fetching episode 1 now, yes, looks like it has serious potential, thanks for the heads up!

And as for the color thing, I have to give a shout out to orange.

And finally, yaywalter must be in the same group of 9 out of 460 people on ann who gave metabots a 10/10...:lol: The overall ratings are about as bad as can be, 3541 out of 3717 animes rated there...
 
The ratings might not be spectacular, but it's a decent show. For kids, anyway. :p
It's roughly on par with Digimon. Though admittedly I didn't get nearly as far into Medabots as I did Digimon, so I don't know if the quality gets worse later on.
 
Just finished the first episode of Hanasaku Iroha, and I'm pretty sure it's going to be in heavy rotation until it's done or I catch up to the schedule. Slice of life, very funny in places, serious and touching in others, nice style and animation, and though the main character is a 16 year old, I'd say yes, it's mature seinen anime.

Thought for a while what it reminded me of. Had to conclude that it's original, though it had hints of NHK and Summer Wars. Not so much Spirited away.
 
Girl gets forced into the workforce, the founder being a strict uptight lady, that's where I drew ties, but that's it. It's different everywhere else.
 
Hanasaku Iroha looks nice. I'll wait until it's done before acquiring it though... :sly:
 
Just watched latest Gintama. One of the great things about Gintama is there is no filler, because it's all filler! But seriously, funny as **** episode, and even had a cameo part from Naruto's seiyu!
