That Asuka cosplayer totally wins due to that skin complexion/tone of hers. Meanwhile, I have yet to find a great Rei cosplayer. Many decent ones (plugsuit or not), but not a lot to catch my eye. My OADR anyway:

I don't recall ever saying that. I think of it as a bonus to any shows I watch, plus I really like her voice acting; I find the non-feminine voices she makes rather amusing...like when she bangs her head on the table or gets all sploogy with onee-sama..

The D-mail was indeed sent after she was stabbed, but remember that you send d-mails to any point in the past since you calculate it by seconds.. so Kyouma can easily send it to himself before she gets stabbed... Now what I'd rather like to know is, what will he write in his d-mail and what will he write to figure out what He was going to tell Kurisu 15 mins ago (back in ep 1)...

Nice to see we're making Cano happy, and I've have to agree, cosplay done well is like ice cream on a peaceful, hot summer day, with Ayanami licking the drip from your chin!

I'm a new-school elitist if anything :lol: but seriously, 134 hours to watch a show is damn long (especially if you haven't started waay beforehand)...

Yes, Ayanami licking ice cream off your face would make any man happy... except Sephilligram and diceticles. Does this mean they aren't a man? *philosoraptor*

Well yeah, I understand the bonus to hearing a favourite VA, and fanboyism and all that, but I guess it's just that I really don't like SYD...

I don't really have a VA that I fanboy over at the moment... I used to really like Aya Hirano, but I seem to have moved on from that. I think I still hold a bit of a fondness for Chihara Minori, though I must admit I haven't really been keeping up with VA's all that much recently :dunce:
 
I couldn't help myself but I picked up vol 5, vol 6, vol 7, and vol 8 of NGE: Raising Shinji today. But just to let you know, they show alot of fan service of Rei, Asuka and Misato.

I have new found favourite Seiyuu and that would be Ayana Taketatsu.

Finished Nichijou and Iroha 20's... Omelet Rice reminds me of the movie Tampopo, non-anime, but anybody seen it? Awesome, epic movie, all about food, and a Japanese John Wayne.

Well, Okabe undid a D-Mail, so that delays Mr. Braun's death. Either way in that timeline he dies when that other girl dies.

I think in the end, using the IBM 5100 is going to save Kurisu somehow and probably cause a large shift.

You know what? After watching that many episodes where Okabe's trying to accomplish something else, I've totally forgotten what the IBN 5100 does now.

Cano and Terronium go on some long debate about gundams and/or Evas.
People started doing "One a day *insert Character/show/Song*" thing (and talk about it if neccessary).
We're on a mission to stay ahead of the Brony Thread.
People starting branching off in "Teams". They don't physically mean anything, they are just to group people's interests together. So far there are the teams: Moe, Asuka, Ayanami and Edward. We have solo teams Mysterious, and Blade, but they branched out on their own so they don't count :p.

That's it in a nutshell or two.

New peoepl who joined while you were away (correct me if I'm mistaken): slybugga, Loliblade ver. 2.37, Principalities, JoshB, uMadson, and driftking. Submerged makes a cameo as well.

One doesn't ask to join the Brigade. If one qualifies (which I, the chief will not reveal), they will automatically be enlisted with no written nor oral consent. A Public announcement will be made here though. Once in the brigade, they cannot leave.
