Now I knew how the RED team and BLU team conflict started in Team Fortress 2...

Ever since Rei and Asuka met, Asuka criticized Rei that Rei is the "commander's pet" Asuka insulted Rei and Rei responded with an army of mercenaries then Asuka got her own private army too. It's not the large-scale war between two entrepreneurs, it's a petty quarrel between two teenage girls.
