Just realised I can't watch Rebuild tomorrow :( Gotta go to my dad's work and chances are I'll have to leave whilst I'm in the middle of watching it (if I try). Thing is though, I don't know if I'll have enough time for it on Sunday either...waah, I'm never gonna see Rebuild with you guys :(

Yeah that's cool man I just found out I'm gonna be pretty hungover tomorrow anyway. Don't worry though we will watch it! Sometime!
 
I've been absent from this thread for almost two days. I'm not even gonna bother in trying to read the full 20 pages that have transpired since.

I'm going to be a nice guy and tell you nothing of dire importance to you has happened... No Mari (well maybe except for the Tequila Mari that uMadson is crazy about), and no Hot wheels.....

also, guess that show!...because I certainly don't know what it is.
 
Guys. (Hai. First post in this here thread.)

I'm trying to remember the name of an anime so help me out.

I think it was about a female detective who solves murders (probably slightly more bizarre than that but anyway), colour wise it was quite distinctive, almost black and white if I remember correctly, and I have it in my head it began with an 'E' in the title..

It always looked really interesting.. but now I can't remember what it was called.

Please help? :/

How old is the show roughly? When did you watch it?

What does the female detective look like?
 
I only saw one episode. Think it was quite recent. I'd say probably 2007 at the earliest? I keep wanting to say 'Ghost' but then I just start thinking of Ghost in the Shell :lol: and it's definitely not that.

Anyway, right now I'm working my way through Eden of the East. It's not bad.

I'm trying to find it on Amazon and now all they're suggesting is HighSchool of the Dead.. sheesh. :lol:

Avoid unless you REALLY like fanservice and zambie killin'. I loooove the latter, but the former killed the show for me.

It's the kind of thing I'd probably end up watching if I bothered but really, as a newcomer to anime, I think there are far more worthwhile shows to be watching before I sink that low. :p
 
Or rather, Work your way up from the crappy shows like I did. I go back to the moe/loli crud once in a while since I don't hate it entirely just to keep it refreshing... some of them are exceptionally well done... like Toradora!

There hasn't been any Cowboy Bebop music posted here in more than a week. I cannot let that happen anymore.
