I don't know why, but Misato seemed to inspire a lot of British teenagers here. Mainly through her drinking habits, but either way she reminds me of my totally ex-crush all too much.

Umm no. But I have to watch some stuff first to get things straight. Inception itself, and some shows that have award-winning storyboards. Speaking of the latter, it looks like I have to watch Steins;Gate first.

That would kinda obsolete Arael out though from the movies. He was one of the more significant Angels if anything, simply because of the Mind Rape he gave Asuka. Even if it was never actually battled.

Also I find it kinda odd how he didn't die on the first hit when he clearly released his death scream. Although then it went as normal from the anime, just to up the drama that much I have to say, that converting Episodes 1-6 into a movie was a pretty good choice not just for the animation but in terms of how the story line goes. Also it probably was good for people that weren't around to see the original. Like I wouldn't have been if I lived in Japan

I completely support this opinion. But ironically, I never heard of Digimon 'til now.

The Rebuild series lists 12 angels rather than 17 (excluding Lilim). The 9th is probably Bardiel and Arael combined.
