I'd stick to JPEG any day. Unless someone teaches me how to make a GIF that has a higher quality than JPEG, and I doubt that will happen lul.

Answer: Gif... PNG and JPG exceed it so easily...

Artifacts on his avatar are a result of exceeding the size limit...

GIFs in general work the best since they will almost always be under the size limit... you don't think I've tried PNG before? Oh wait, you wouldn't know, I already switched to gifs before you got here :p
