NO NO NO! That's not what I meant. I didn't explain properly.

I <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 Darker Than Black + 2nd season and OVA. Suou is great. She's not what I mean by kawaiigirl.

Kawaii girl by that high pitched effing annoying (overly formal at times) voice they have. A good definition would be that writer girl in Ben-To with the glasses. I HATE HER.

Suou, Ice Witch, Amaha Masane, Nyuu (well not entirely, but since shes a maniac killer shes fine.), all dem girl from BRS, Senjougahara, etc are good examples of the non-kawaiigirlannoyingamotion girls that I was referring to.

Haruhi and Mikuru are PERFECT examples on what I hate at the moment. :3

I hope that clarifies somethings.

Edit: Forgot the best example of girls I love! Yuzuriha Inori!

Ah, that's right, how could.... er, wait. No I don't remember. But anyway, doesn't matter. Keep the picture I chose from the ones you sent me, the flags one. I love that one for pretty obvious reasons.

in fact, her big tits always surprised me. It seemed she was older than, say, Madoka and Sayaka, but not much... but her rack was huge, at least by Madoka standards. If she had kept her head -cold she may have entered in the porn industry later on. Think of the possibilities...

I always stare at her.... Model 1887.

Same here, I'm waiting until Mari returns Asuka. Drenching someone in LCL = getting them kidnapped by Mari.

Unless her boyfriend returns Asuka  But unfortunately, he doesn't even give a damn.

Haruhi and Mikuru are PERFECT examples on what I hate at the moment. :3

:( :( :( :( :(

Oh well why didn't you says so from the beginning?

You should watch Black Rock Shooter, Bakemonogatari, Witchb-

:p
Okay seriously: Devil May Cry, Claymore, Panty and Stocking, Hellsing...

Majutsu no Index (Index), Railgun (Uihara), Angel Beats (Yui), Kanon (everyone), Steins;Gate (Mayushi)....

YOU WATCHED K-ON AND LOVED IT DIDN'T YOU?!
I remember you saying, in your ridiculously bright blue font (back then), saying something about K-ON, and it wasn't a negative comment either!

Watch more Steins;Gate instead :sly:
How about no?:sly:One Piece>Steins;Gate

I watch two episodes of Steins;Gate only on Mondays and Fridays.

I decided to watch the four catalog episodes for One Piece I was going to watch after the latest episode (Which I still haven't seen-524), and watched a catch-up episode. That brings me down to two more episodes of old One Piece before I'll be back on-track with playing catch-up (Well until I hit 205 in the old episodes. Then it's when FUNimation streams them.).
Ok guys, I'm here per Dice's suggestion of which I hadn't realized until he reminded me.

I need good anime suggestion(s). I'm toooooooooooottaly tired of this Kawaiigirl crap going on. It was good for the first few animes but after everyone adopted it, it's getting on my nerve. Sexy and Ecchi girls are perfectly fine. any anime after 2000'ish would do. Nothing too old, something that is 720p at least. Also, no comedy would be awesome, mostly action, brutal, gore, tragedy, romance, mecha, ecchi, anything else.

Thanks so much!
You mean moe stuff like this right?
http://myanimelist.net/anime/10397/Mashiroiro_Symphony:_The_Color_of_Lovers

Reason why we're having that so much is it's basically otaku-bait to get the Japanese otaku to buy the high-priced singles like mad. Problems happened years ago in the anime industry so they had to unfortunately lower the quality to increase profits to at least break even on many shows. That's another reason why 13 episodes is so common, years ago like in 2002, 13 episodes was a really rare thing.

But anyway as far as recommendations go, I recommend checking this.
https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/group.php?do=discuss&group=&discussionid=1923 (You'll have to do your research on whether the show is moe or not.)

One big recommendation I'll give is Rurouni Kenshin: Trust & Betrayal, even if you have no intention of watching the TV series. WAY better than the TV series by far.

Two other recommendations, Eden of the East and Gurren Lagann.
Lambo, watch Afro Samurai. It's only 5 episodes but it's totally badass.

TC will probably tell you it isn't really anime but it's still badass.
It isn't really anime?:confused:On a related note, I still have episode 1 (As a free download when it was one for a limtied time.) on my PlayStation 3, but still haven't watched it. Don't want to increase dat on-hold list.
Had a look into it and it looks quite interesting. Has anyone else here seen it?
Did you seriously ask that?:lol:Darker Than Black is ridiculously popular. The limited edition BD combo pack for the second season sold out at Rightstuf in a day, mainly from just pre-orders. I'd be surprised if there was hardly anyone in here who hasn't seen or heard of it.

Speaking of which, still gotta try it. The talk has gotten to me.

Yay, Durarara!! is on!!!!!!:D:D:D:D

It's so great rewatching it dubbed on [adult swim].:)

Finally, someone else that has seen DtB.

Oh, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood doesn't have a moe girl in it.

Wait, you were the only one in here who had actually watched or really heard of the series?:0

That's like no one here having heard or having seen Neon Genesis Evangelion. Pretty much everyone except me has seen it.

It will be one of the first things I'll watch probably after I've gotten through some of those on-hold shows.

Though I've known about the show since like last year.

And I shall remember what you just said, in your ridiculously bright, eye piercing yellow font. Also, the blue must've been quite bright because I don't remember saying anything about K-ON :dunce:

I've seen Devil May Cry, Claymore, and Panty. Will watch Hellsing, thanks.
I saw nearly all of Railgun and it was pretty damn good. Uiharu didn't annoying me too much because of her stupidity.

Thanks tons for that link! I think moe was the word I was looking for. But see, that anime you linked doesn't seem to bother me too much because it doesn't seem like all of the cast is annoying.

I've seen Eden of the East, it is one of my most beloved animes I've ever seen.

Finally, someone else that has seen DtB.

I dunno, I never caught on to FMA....

DtB is definitely one of the best Anime I've seen, next to Eden of the East.

Unintentional rudeness

Get out of here Lambo! AND DON'T COME BACK UNTIL YOU'VE SEEN ALL 6 EPISODES.

NO I'VE READ THE MANGA QUITE A BIT SO I'M SPOILED ALREADY. :)

I wonder how many people here knew Mirrai Nikki is based off of a 12 volume manga series. I found out a few weeks ago.

And I'm off to watch an old episode of One Piece during a Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood re-run. I'll be posting during Kekkaishi, and then it's on to catching-up again while other stuff is on [as] tonight.

All of us.

I hope what I had spoiled is one of the smaller things.... Well it doesn't seem to be a small spoiler... but thankfully it's just a result and not a why/how.
