I was just about to post something regarding the ending. Funny episode and Mmmmm RIKA and then the ending just made you feel kind of empty. WTF.

Nope, don't think so. Unless the rest of her is totally freakin' amazing, in which case it'd be a tie, Ohana's mom isn't as hot.

Her face isn't her best asset anyways (it's her jaw-droppingly incredible T&A), but that picture of her also just isn't the most flattering. The quality of her looks (well, her face anyway) vary quite a bit throughout Capeta so I'll give you that, assuming that Ohana's mom's hotness is more consistent.
