Yes, she looks lovely. :D Angel Beats!, I actually liked that show. It was just plain fun, crazy, and yet dramatic. --- Randy :dopey:

In any case I have more Skyward Sword stuff to rant about, namely the main antagonist of the game, Demise:

He is the baddest-ass demon king I've ever seen anywhere. Ever.

His sword is another demon, the demon lord, Ghirahim (secondary antagonist of the game). His hair is apparently fire-tastic, and the sword itself appears to be the exact antithesis of the Master Sword...outfitted with double serrated edges.

He is responsible for Ganondorf's existence. For all intents and purposes he is Ganondorf, reincarnated.
 
Demise just needs a pair of orange shades to complete the badass image.

Hey T12 question, how do you think the Excel Saga dub compares to the sub? As you know, I watched the whole series subbed, though I have seen episode 1 dubbed a few times, and seen some clips.

While I like subs and dubs, sometimes I lean towards one audio track. I'm going to sometime rewatch the series dubbed.

I haven't fought him yet, but I'm not entirely sure if Ganondorf trumps him. I'm of course referring to pre-Triforce of Power Ganondorf.

It seems every natural ability Ganondorf had, even before the ToP is resultant of Demise. I love prequels that are done RIGHT.

@ 'Vette: Honestly? I prefer the dub. I can't remember the original (dub) voice actor's name (I think it's Jennifer-something), but she characterized Excel so much better than the original actor. So much so that she lost her voice. But, yeah, dub all the way. Especially when Palazzo says "Go home by yourself, stupid." during that visual game stint was hilarious. :lol:

Even at the full MSRP it would be worth it. It's priced very reasonably, go buy it. Though you're not going to get free shipping unless you go buy up to $150 worth of stuff.

Hmm... $15 or $60... tough decision. :sly:

Even though it's a "Limited Edition", I don't see anything special about it other than the fact that it's Blu-ray and it's being produced in limited quantities to artificially increase it's "value".

Sorry, but I'll pass. I'm not gonna pay a ridiculous $45 premium just for the luxury of high definition. 👎

But $15 for the DVD set is damn good.

ANYWAYS!

9 episodes into Noein. It's awesome. If you like time travel-y stuff, which apparently you all do since you all love Steins;Gate, then definitely check it out. 👍

Needless to say, I've been neglecting the other two shows I'm watching. I've only watched one episode of Monster since starting Noein, and I have yet to actually begin my rewatching of Madoka. :lol:

Though I have to admit... one of the main characters in Noein is annoying as 🤬. Think Shinji, except 10 times worse... and with a lot less to actually justify it. Thankfully I think the show's at the cusp of a turning point for that... :p

*Cuts in* The sub is ever so slightly better. The dub is also fantastic though. It really is a show that is splendid either way.

I've got tons of other things I want to do during my winter break beside being a couch potato so I'm doing as much as I can, as soon as I can.
