Nearly done with Kiniro Mosaic, it's boring but a good brain turnoff. Yozakura Quartet is next.

I already read the manga to chapter 80 (the latest translated one as far as I know) so none of this stuff is really a surprise to me. But I love it nonetheless.
 
I love OPM. Can't say it's the best show ever, but it does manage to be very slick and entertaining, and the pacing of each episode is spot on.

I do wish they'd do more of the quiet moments. The eerie twilight-zone-esque nature of City Z when it's just Saitama and the odd monster in the picture is delicious.
 
Fun Fact about all the Yugiohs. The more dark Yugiohs seem to have less important character deaths than the more light hearted Yugiohs (not counting when a Character dies multiple times or a very minor character dies).


  • [*]Yugioh ARC-V and 5D's (the darkest of the Yugiohs) have the least amount of deaths in the Series with around 20 out of 50 (40%) in 5D's and only currently 1 death in ARC-V
    [*]Yugioh Zexal (the lightest of Yugiohs) has had 22 out of 28 of its important characters die. That is a whopping 80%. The worst part is that 20 of those deaths only came from the Final Arc of Zexal.

Is there any Anime that you would suggest me that has these qualities?:

  • Starts off as innocent and fun but then kicks you with something that is dark somewhere down the line.
  • Doesn't primarily take place in a High School (I've had enough of those).
  • A somewhat Smart:censored: character (those tend to be my favourites).
  • Doesn't focus on what it is like to be a Human (After watching Hunter x Hunter and Parasyte, I'd think I'd be too bored with those).
Also, while this is hypocritical of what I mentioned above but there was this Manga I read (forgot what it is called) at School that focused on this Girl who was in a School where they had 2 separate areas (one for Music and one for Normal Studies) she was in Normal Studies but got kinda "forced" to compete in a Music Competition by a magic Fairy that gave her a Magic Violin.

I hear there is an Anime Adaptation of it, and I want to know what it is called so I can watch it since I only ever read the first Volume of the Manga since my School doesn't have the other Volumes :(.
 
Just finished my rewatch of Kajitsu. After watching much more higher quality anime it's very easy to pick the holes. If all arcs were like the last it'd be so, so much better.
 
Lots of people liked the Amane route the most... perhaps it's because it didn't involve self-esteem issues.

I can't think of anything that fills out all these criteria but Madoka Magica hits the mark pretty closely.
And you should watch that regardless of the specific things you're looking for. :lol:

but then again, Amane had mental issues of her own soon after.

Not really. Everybory interested in Grisaia already watched all of Kajitsu, so no harm done.
 
I'm kinda sad. Mu's announced their last live show that's going to be held at the Tokyo Dome. The actress that plays Eli is having some knee issues that makes it hard to dance.

They are being replaced by Aqours under the "School Idol Project" banner. Different characters and voice actresses from a different school. I think they anime will debut next year sometime. Their uniforms are so bland....

I wonder if Pacific Racing Team replace Love Live with this as well? Their drift team is Girls und Panzer, so that's also a possibility.
