All that matters is that it'll soon be Springtime for JoJo and S City.

Finished Your Lie in April. I spoiled it for myself, I told myself I knew what was coming, yet I still cried.

I havent cried for anything in a decade and that did it. Tearing up here and there, yeah, but sobs? Damn.

The whole Love Live thing leaves me all a bit sad. Especially feel for Nanjo - must be absolutely heartbreaking, especially when it's a physical limitation.

I'm going to make sure I finish it off this week! It's been too long.

Nope.

If there's one bit of Love Live I haven't tried, it's LLSIF. And because that too is making the switchover to Aquors, I'd better get a session in now.

That's it, the show is over. I heard it rained afterwards at the Tokyo Dome, hiding everyone's tears.

*Video not from Final Live*

μ's forever!

I'm going to buy the Blu-ray of Final Live when it eventually comes. But it's now goodbye to u's. Incredible how much I'll miss them given I only found them out three months ago...

I will too. I think I first watched it about a year ago? One of my friends basically had to strap me down to watch it; I was so against it at first. Then I heard Start: Dash! and was hooked. Their music just cheers me up.

Endless fanart helps too.

So I wanted a light comedy with decent character development to watch, and stumbled upon Angel Beats. My expectations weren't high, but wow, this show is brilliant. It had me laughing out loud several times, it is surprisingly dramatic at times, and the feels hit hard and without mercy. I love the overall concept, and while the execution fell flat at times, for the most part, I think it did a really good job. The music is great as well.

In the end, I was amazed that something with such a sad and depressing subject matter and theme could be so optimistic and meaningful. The last episode is a rollercoaster where feelings are concerned. Naturally, I had to get it on Blu-Ray after watching it.

Is RWBY allowed around these parts? Because if so, I just wanna talk about how excellent that series is.

One people or four, one thing is still certain; we are dealing with very talented individuals. It's interesting that each person works on one and only one style of drawing; one for backgrounds, one who works on a semi-realistic style, one who works on bi-colored portraits and one who uses a more cutesy style of drawing. Personally, I like Alex's style the best, that combination of manga-esque character lines and the realistic range of colors is one of the most unique styles of drawing I have ever seen.

I do wonder if this is real, but of course there's just that extra coat of doubts when you're dealing with April 1st, right?

If Kushinov Ilya is really a group (which I could believe based on Alisa's art alone), then that is really cool. In fact, I would like this entity way more than I previously had.

Angel Beats was one of my favourites when I was fresh to anime. One of my top 10 even.

The first 2 seasons were meh. The writers went for really light stuff, which we all know keeps the masses content. But season 3, oh man, everything just develops so much better. I can actually find a reason to care for the characters towards the end.

Shirobako donut girl is really cute. I like that style.

Least coolest style of the bunch too!

Angeru Beatsu, yes... Good show.

The feels do hit hard. Though they got a bit greedy with the very last twist of the knife, which completely didn't work. But that's a lot more forgivable than, say, a major twist halfway through that completely doesn't work and has a severe negative impact on the rest of the show going forward. I'm totally not thinking of a very specific anime here, I'm just saying.

Agreed and agreed.

Personally I dig Pavel and Valera's styles the mostest.

Duly noted. You remember that time you were disappointed with one of my drawings? Yeah, even I felt bad about it ever since and still feel I should some day give you a better drawing at absolutely no cost as an apology

not an AF joke either.

I showed a friend NGE/EoE this week and the discussion bred by it made me do some thinking.

EoE - is it the ending that NGE should've been? I found the end of NGE abrupt, but EoE made far greater sense.

I still don't have a 100% clear answer on it (though that's technically impossible regarding the producer's remarks about it), but what if?

Oh mangs, you guys really have to read Prison School. Despite the amounts of ecchi and perverted content, I'm at the point of sharing this with people who may be uncomfortable with exposed nipples in a book. Boobies aside, the characters keep me on my toes every chapter.

Both endings are wrong. The only true ending is the yaoi one.
