Actually, I think that in Shinji's battle against the Hentai/4th Angel (come on, it had tentacles FFS!), there's a brief glimpse of an R34 GT-R when a building falls into the Geo-Front.

I hope that doesn't count as a spoiler...

EDIT: When I was watching the Italian GP earlier today (read: trying to, because of my little arsehole of a baby brother), I just had this horrible thought: if Second Impact DID happen, Suzuka would have been wiped out, as well as Monaco. David Coulthard would have been the last ever winner of the Monaco GP. :nervous:

So, I have been awfully busy this weekend because the Mexican Hot Wheels convention just passed, and well, I was full-power-watching Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex, given that I had to give it back today; that's why I did not post songs in the last couple of days. But I'll compensate right away and finish the Electronica week with an extra song.

This first post for the end of the day features the extremelly well crafted soundtrack to Boogiepop Phantom, a series that deserves a lot more love. One of its soundtracks was made by our beloved Yuki Kaiura, the othar by several electrodudes from Japan. I recommend it a freaking lot.

The song we'll be hearing now is "Torso", by Sadesper Record.

 
I'll wait and see about C3. As I've stated many times before, I'm not big on anime that relies on ecchi to be appealing.

Nice pick there Cano, Boogiepop does indeed have an amazing soundtrack. 👍
 
Cough Elfen Lied Cough. owait I didn't do it right, oh darn!

I'm not even in it for the ecchi.. I want to see more murderfaces.
 
Elfen Lied had more going for it than just the ecchi. It's also ultra-violent, which is the primary appeal of Elfen Lied, and it also has respectably decent storyline. :)

Has there even been any shows with that much bloodshed nowadays or did they dumb that down now?
 
5 minutes in on the new Iroha episode.... OMG OMG OMG HNNNNGGGG x 2.37. Ohana's cuteness is going to kill me.

I don't think it's been "dumbed down", it's just that everybody's churning out a bunch of ecchi garbage instead.

When I'm trying to draw figures it usually tends to look more realistic than it does anime... even if if the intention was anime. Instead of stick-legs and arms, I always end up giving legs some form and arms a distinctive amount of muscle. Is that a good thing? :dopey:
