I generally hate anime...balls, that's a great start to a sentence on an anime page!

Anyway, the one, rare one I did actually enjoy, was one I watched in a Media Studies class. Can't remember the name, but it starts with two dragons fighting over some boats, then a kid killing his dad, the king. Then people talk about a "balance."

Any help here? It's either that, or I try and watch DBZ, and hope nostalgia numbs the burn.
 
Yeh, I mean, I realised I need some kind of entertainment that's 2D, and doesn't involve equines. Yes, I feel these strange urges to enjoy non-equine animation now and then...

Also, where the bugger could I get a copy? I feel my local Blockbuster probably lacks in Japanese media, for some, strange reason.

Yeh, the main reason I find anime awkward is vague use of science, (from the technically awesome Japanese, of all people.) Add to that naked leedle gurlz, and monsters with tentacles...and yeh...evade.

The reason I find ponies awkward is how child oriented they are and how older people somehow become addicted to them.

Never been to college, then.

I don't like the show so much as the fandom, but eh. It's also a fun excuse to write stories, just have to skin them with ponies, and boom, sudden captive audience.

I honestly have no clue where New South Wales is, considering we the British invaded bloody everything, it could theoretically be anywhere from Australia, to Africa, to the Carribean,

Hence why I asked, coming from a country that owned a quarter of the world can be taxing on a guy...

Back on topic. I just remembered that Halo Legends is an anime. It has a nice soundtrack, but does anyone know how it weighs up as a Halo thing/anime piece?
 
Hmm, being as I'm a Halo fan...might be worth a look.

I can live with the "weeaboo" catcalls from my friends for a few days afterwards anyway. :D
