It's funny. In the thread I got spoiled in, someone said it without tagging or notifying everyone. I skimmed over that post accidentally. Then later someone said "No point in watching it because someone already said *spoiler*"

He meant that as a joke though. Dude didn't see the show either.

Episode 1 of Steins;Gate believe it or not I found to be boring. I don't know if it was the lack of any music (Not the OP or ED), or what but it plain bored me. I can't remember exactly what happened in that episode though.

I tried the first two episodes as a recommendation from Loliblade (Along with Angel Beats!, as for Gosick, straight up started watching it late last month.), and episode 1 had me bored so much.

The fact I get kinda bored when watching Gits:SAC (Especially this.) and Gits:SAC 2nd Gig, and don't find it all that amazing like most people might say something about how I found episode 1 of Steins;Gate boring.

Hmmm try Trigun then. It starts off silly and is silly for a while but then the plot twist hits and 🤬 gets real. Such an underrated show.

Music is definitely a huge part of TV shows and movies and pretty much anything. However have you seen Children Of Men? Such a wonderful film and there's no music.

I can't believe you'll watch forgettable shows like Boku wa Tomodachi but not something extremely memorable like Trigun.

Neither do I. But this is boring and the music makes me want to decapitate myself.

Remember to skip to the second half to make sure the entire episode isn't recap. I believe the TTGL one is but some shows only the first half is recap and it continues in the second half (like NGE).

No I haven't. Funny how I'm talking about lack of music when I don't even really listen to music. My only exposure to music really is in other forms of media, anime, cartoons, movies, video games, and that's it. I may look up music I liked from that stuff on YouTube, but other than that don't listen to music much. I'm not really a music person which puts me in an ultra, extremely small minority.

It's slow, but it should grab him by episode 5. Slow and interesting imo. I was never bored while watching.

For the first 10 or so episodes the show did kept me wondering when something was going to happen, to the point I was convinced nothing major would happen at all. But it was never boring. The characters were quite interesting and the humor was damn good too.

You do need to watch 10 episodes before it get's awesome, before that it's only good. But man, it's definitely worth it sticking with it.
