Kobato is just appealing due to her ignorance and obsession with a show. Shinobu easily wins, she at least has an interesting back story.

Fate Testarossa is growing on me, because neckties. got damn.... great AEAD.

I like Kobato because she's adorable and a brocon. Okay, the cosplay helps too :3

In response to your edit: Shinobu DOES win. I like her backstory and she's adorable.

Lolis > whatever you're into.

I also like Shinobu because she may be a loli.... but she's also well past legal age :D Get a girl with experience that looks like an 8 year old, know what I'm sayin'?

I think I'm going to do two reviews over the weekend. The first reviewing this beauty below, the second, One Piece.

BTW, anyone know where Lain disappeared to?:(

^ I'm not insisting all Monogatari are bad. I just can't really explain it. As what James May would tell you, 'it's doesn't have that fizz' I'm looking for. It maybe comes to individual preferences. ;)

He hasn't seen any Monogataris otherwise he'd totally be agreeing with what I said earlier.
^ Um, I watched few of this genre. But unfortunately I'm unable to name all the titles I've watched...

Oh my gah...

That booklet IIRC is 300 pages. That's probably what the Rurouni Kenshin: Shin Kyoto-Hen booklet is going to look like (That's also 300 pages.). I MUST HAVE IT!!

Shame R1 gets screwed over for premiums, especially in the extras department (When I start reviewing products seriously, most will receive poor marks for "Extras" (The Dragon Boxes for example would receive a 1/10 for extras as they lack them entirely.) with great reason.).

Bakemonogatari and Nisemonogatari are in a class of their own. Its just one of those shows that you need to watch to understand. On the surface it's very heavy in dialog, but it just doesn't bore you. The conversations itself are both entertaining and interesting.

It's what, comedy and horror in a way? The novels get a lot more serious, and apparently so does Denpa Onna.

I'd like more serious from Bake/Nisemonogatari, but I'm okay with what it is. Because what it is is excellent.

Damn excited for Kizumonogatari though, I wanna see an awesome fight between Kiss-Shot-Acerola-Orion Heart-Under-Blade and Araragi. Plus, more Shinobu is always welcome. <3

I agree, the dialogue is excellent(Better than any show I've seen).

If Bake and Nisem ever come to NA on blu-ray, I'ma buy them.

Too bad knowing Aniplex of America you'll NEVER get a box set. They've never released a box set to any show they've released in parts or singles.

On a side-note, many speculated this thing would have come over with English subtitles. It never happened though.

I don't know what they'll plan with Nisemonogatari (They licensed that a little while after it started.), or Bakemonogatari (If/when they get it.). Nisemonogatari I suspect they MAY offer it in the same way as Fate/Zero in like two years when a Blu-ray box comes out in Japan.

People are still trying to figure out Aniplex USA at times. This is what they've done.

What's sold out: Oreimo (DVD), Baccano! (BD), and Garden of Sinners (BD).

None of the characters even have to be good-looking; the way they talk is nothing short of splendid amusement...

Hitagi is so blunt and uses analogies waay out of context, Araragi gets hella technical with a ton of analogies, Hachikuji has a hella fluid speech and uses that optimistic tone very appropriately, Shinobu has elegance, Kanbaru talks with a lot of motive which reflects on her personality really well and is also really blunt with words, Hanekawa talks like any well-mannered genius. If I were to rank them, Kanbaru and Hanekawa are last place.. though I'd have to hear more Hanekawa first; I forget all about her.

What makes Kanbaru even better is she's a perv lol. In regards to this, all I can say is... Toothbrush.

And Tsukihi is pretty awesome with her yandere tendencies.

Kanbaru is only good for her perverted side. Her banter isn't nearly as witty as some of the other characters, she's just a perv. And Nadeko is just eye candy. Glorious, adorable, eye candy.

We haven't really seen Tsukihi's yandere tendencies yet. Aside from pulling that knife on Shinobu and Araragi.
