I wholeheartedly agree. This is the one car class that has been shafted MORE than the 4 door sports/super saloon/sedan. Hell, I'll even add some ideas of my own:

Cadillac CTS-V Sport Wagon

It seems that making wishlists is a particularly popular hobby for many of you :D

No matter what the thread may be, someone, somehow, seems to shoehorn a list of cars and/or tracks that they'd like in the game into it - and we have more than one thread that's basically a wishlist with extra steps (all-new cars, fantasy cars, pick your DLC pack, etc.).

So... now you can post them in this thread.

We're going to need some ground rules though...

Firstly, bear in mind GTPlanet's FAQ: our rules "remind everyone to put a little more thought into what they’re contributing to the community. In turn, this creates a more pleasant and attractive place for everyone."

We'd like to see things into which some thought has gone, so please don't make excessive lists. If you're posting every Ford Fiesta ever made, every track in France, or a list of 1800 cars/250 tracks, or cars already in the game, you're not really doing that. Please keep your posts to a reasonable length; think about things you'd really want, if someone was holding you at knifepoint for a quick answer. And don't just post pictures, or make individual posts for individual cars - it's a wishlist thread.

GTPlanet has an extensive Suggestions forum area.

You can use this for some guidance if you like, but it would also be a great idea to upvote anything you post in here over there too; there is some good evidence that the higher up those lists a car/track is, the more likely it is to get some priority attention from PD.

There is no requirement to not select something that someone else has already selected. It's not reasonable to expect every response to be unique.

However there is a requirement not to crap on other people's selections and preferences. People may post whatever they like in their choices (per the above). If you don't like it, tough: it's not your wishlist.

Have fun - and don't be the person who spoils it for everyone...
May we have cars like G wagon Porsche Cayenne, Range Rover svr and BMW X6 or X5M to compete with the Urus and order SUVs and of course bmw m4 gt3. Also is there any way to add a Dsg or dct transmission sound ?

May we have cars like
Again, we can't add anything because we have no role in the development of nor support for Gran Turismo. I also just asked you to read the first post of threads before replying in the message that has brought you here.

We love making lists...

A second-gen Escalade and a returning CTS-V (from GT6) and Cien (from PS2-era games) should also be in it if Cadillac returns.
Also the CT5-V Blackwing.

Cadillac is also a candidate for the Manufacturers' Cup as the ATS-V.R GT3 can be their ideal Gr. 3 car, alongside a fictional CT4-V Gr. 4.

Here's a bit of a conundrum I had, regarding which contemporary GT500 trio seems preferable, especially when it comes to Honda's entry. Sure, we could get an even eight years between the most recent trio and the next one, and feature the 2024 trio, which would include the Honda Civic Type R-GT, which seems really neat. I mean, it's a GT500-spec Honda Civic, which I think is really cool! Alternatively, we could have a slight increase in the gap, and go for the 2026 trio, which would feature the Prelude-GT that just got revealed this week. Of course, whether PD goes with the 2024 or 2026 GT500 trio, we'd still get GT500-spec versions of the Toyota GR Supra and Nissan Z regardless, so I don't think I mind that much.

There's also the factor of how Toyota/Lexus should get a newer Gr.3 racer, though I do recall mentioning this previously. Personally, I admit I'd be at least a little surprised if the Lexus RC F GT3 is ultimately replaced with a Toyota-branded model, versus a newer GT3-spec Lexus. Especially since the RC F GT3 itself has been racing for nearly a full decade, whereas the respective GT500 car based on it was replaced by the LC500 GT500, which in turn was replaced by the GR Supra GT500.

With PD having a thing for 80's/90's homologation race cars, I think it would be fun to add some unsung homologation heroes from the early 90s rally scene that didn't stick the landing, but would be enjoyable pocket rockets none-the-less.

1994 Nissan Pulsar GTi-R

Nissan attempt at developing car for the WRC in the early 90's, the street version produced 227 HP, which was cranked up to around 300hp in race trim. The car unfortunately suffered from a lack of development and internal politics that ultimately led to the programs end after two partial seasons, while the road version has become a cult classic, essentially being the 90's version of the GR Yaris.

1992 Mazda 323 GT-R

Mazda also joined the WRC fray around the same time as Nissan, with a similar turbo hot Hatch concept. Featuring 207 HP in road going guise and over 300 in competition form. Unfortunately like the Nissan, this car never truly got a proper opportunity, as Mazda pulled out of the sport due to financial woes just as the car was ready to debut, leaving it to privateer teams to battle the long odds on the course.

Both of these cars were featured in GT2, but haven't reappeared in the series since, and with rival series Forza featuring both, I think it's time for them to make their Gran Turismo return.

Hi everyone

I noticed the first-generation Toyota Previa (Estima) appears in GT7’s Brand Central / Scape (Grand Lower, Los Angeles). I own the same color/model IRL and would love to see it added as a drivable car in GT7 (there’s even a supercharged-ish variant historically).

Reasons to add it: unique mid-engine layout in some variants, great “everyday car” nostalgia, strong community interest (would be great for Heritage/Brand packs).

If Polyphony or anyone from the team sees this — please consider adding the Previa/Estima as a future addition. Thanks!

My dad had the previous generation Toyota Van (1987 "LiteAce" or "TownAce" in other markets) which was also mid engine. I would love to have the Lite Ace or the Previa in GT7. As you said, it would be interesting to have a couple mid engine vans in the game.

Per the first post:

This is exactly what the Suggestions forum (also mentioned in the first post, on the very next line) is for...

... and there isn't a Previa/Estima in there yet so here's your chance.

Let's add one more for the quirky cars...
I give you the Walt Disney World Courtesy Tram. (Minus the passenger cars, just the tow vehicle)

Four more cars to add to the wish list...

The theme of these four are that they are SUVs as we know there has been a rise of SUVs added to GT7 and I thought these would be appropriate.

Starting with the Maserati Grecale Trofeo.

Next is the Cadillac XT5.

The Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport.

To finishe this posting, I present to you the Aston Martin DBX707.

That Shanghai Circuit would be sweet as. Add Zhuhai, Ningbo and the big one Macau GP!

I know Kaz mentioned about city circuits, but after looking at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, there are some detailed building in the background.

Look much more detailed than at Interlagos. Not to mention if PD have been outsourcing circuit work to cut down development time. Wouldn’t be too far fetched with PD partnering with governments and all. ;):sly:

i was thinking about this whole "no more city tracks" thing, and thought it'd be good to have a street circuit set in the outer suburbs of a town like San Antonio or Ballarat or Winnipeg... not a big city, but still have a decent street track layout without all the numerous tall buildings.. it could work, maybe 🤔

Hi
I was wondering if there is anyway that in a future update could we get some of the original LM Race Cars back in gran turismo e.g The Fto LM Race Car, 3000gt LM Race Car or any of the other ones as there are so many to name. Also could we get the Cusco Subaru Advan Impreza '03 as this was one of my favourite Subaru's.

Again, we can't do any of that because we're not involved in developing the game. We're an independent site.

It's fine to just list them as cars you wish to be in the game rather than asking us for them.

The TVR Cerbera LM and Honda CR-X Del Sol LM were (along with the FTO) my favourites.
