Thank you! I was going for a retro 70's style look.
I remember that my grandmother had a black MKI golf (not a GTI though) when I was a kid. I miss that car.

Like BongoManCan said it's Photoshop. A mixture of level adjustments, colour balance, photo filter and exposure.
