And I'm guessing this is sharpened and you played with color balance, possibly contrast? I just would like to become familiar with editing.

Yes exactly, sharpened and then upped the contrast a little, added a slight sepia tint to it and also added a bit of noise. 👍

I also set the time I was driving round at 5am with low levels of rain which caused the misty appearance in the background.
