Okay. So. I can't race the green hell in anything but my aston martin DB9 06 model. It makes me kind of mad. Its not a game glitch or anything. I just personally can't do it in anything else. Anyone else have this sort of problem?

Why is your tag Mclaren driver then lol.

Lol because I loving driving my mclaren. And at the point I made this thing. I was good at it. But then I lost my edge with it. Lol. Maybe I should change it?

Yes, especially since the DB9 sucks...

Actually. The db9 doesn't suck. Its just not super fast. That doesn't mean it sucks. And I actually I'm quite good at the game. I just don't play twenty four seven to make myself super good at it. And maybe I suck at driving the other cars because I got used to the way the DB9 drives instead of the way say. most other stuff. because I tried driving my maserati. And I drove it perfectly fine. Guess I just have to get to the handleong of a car that isn't heavy in the rear

So, you have only 1 car in your garage? :sly:

I love the Ring, in every car. There are 1049 cars in the game & you want to tell us you can only enjoy driving on the Ring with your crappy Aston? Comeon!

I stopped playing racing games when I was about 16, that was GT3 at the time. I used to think I was pretty hot at it. I beat my friends, I completed the game. Now I'm 25, I've been driving for 7 years, playing Forza and GT5 for 2 and I realise now that back then, James May would have wiped the floor with me.

What I'm trying to say is that you might think you're good, but ultimately it's down to what the laptimes say, and as your laptimes apparently suck balls there's a fair chance that you're not as good as you think you are.

Pick up a hairy man's car like a 458 Italia, put some sports tyres on, turn off the aids and do lap after lap after lap until you can get it right.

One last thing - what control method are you using? If it's a controller, how do you accelerate and brake?

What happens when you're driving other cars then? How can you be so used to one car that you can't complete a lap with any others? Are you using manual or automatic gears?

I would suggest you go buy a VW golf put racing softs and no other mods on it then do a lap of the green hell . There problem solved now you can race 2 cars around the green hell. lol :sly:

I tried the green hell in the Fiat 500, it is simple, but no fun.

More recently finishing the AMG academy I enjoyed the Mercs, being new to the Nurburgring since GT5 it takes me some time, but only have to finish the full laps in the intermediate, pro and expert levels now.

Just before did the Official GTR trophy on the Nissan GTR on sports hard, quite some fun too.

In generally some 200hp plus, rear wheel drive car will give fun, but even 4wd can give major enjoyment on this track.

Well I find the db9 hard to drive on that track. I find the handling a bit stiff. Shame though cuz i think its one of the best looking car.

I use a controller. I accelerate and brake with the right stick. I feel like it gives me control over how much gas I give and how hard I brake. And when I said its the only one I can make a full run with. I meant. Its the only car I can make a lap without going off the track into grass or sandpits.

Play around with your suspension settings 'til you're happy then. It's a gem! :)

I actually like the way it handles with the stock suspension for some reason. It loads of fun to drive isn't it?
