Are we signing in this week? I probably can do the race, but I might be going on a trip in place of a sick family member, but if not I'll be racing for Audi (hopefully with some weather to spice things up.) :sly:

Gah.... this won't be easy.

2:05.233, about 2 days ago.

I am confident that a high 2:04 is possible for me, so long as I get 130R right. I don't how much time is lost running wide at 130R, but whatever it would be, take that much off the 2:05.2.
 
I doubt I'll be able to take any more time off and I'm far from consistent at that pace.
 
To be honest I found it hard in the early part of the testing phase to get 2:06 consistently. The only car I hit below 2:06 in was the Ferrari with a 2:05.5 right off the bat; I was 🤬 myself....

If my 2:05.2 was anything to look at, I was close to losing the car completely on the grass. I'm glad I've conditioned myself to not correct the car at 130R (and characteristically, Turns 1 & 2), because both are suicidal.
 
Just wandering, if it rains. Could my car have an advantage because of rigidity improvement.
 
For this race I might take damu's advice and drive a car like a "truck" :lol:.

No.

And tbh, I tried to see the difference on two cars I got.

After 10 laps on each I was faster with rigidity improvement on.

(Yea, they were the DP car..)
