You've honestly got to be joking. I haven't done GT yet because of penalties, and I'm leading DP by 1 point over Panoz.
 
Ran a 1:44.7 at Tokyo this morning with room for improvement. But the most important thing was 25 laps without needing new tires. Looking pretty good for this week, as long as emogirl doesn't put me in the wall.

Update: Ran a couple of more of laps just now and dropped it down to a 44.2.

Damu and you need to sort things out or at least agree to disagree. It's a lot more fun when you're not mad at someone. Trust me, I know from experience.

I'm not mad at anyone and I'm having plenty of fun.:P Emogirl is the emotional one you need to worry about. But anyway, my point was I love this track!!

Yes, I do too.

And it funny you say that quade, because this is the first season out of 4 he's been in where I've seen him to this degree of emotional. Every other time, I've been either slightly irate at something, or VERY much so if we consider what happened in season 2. :)

Season 2 was a 🤬 fest. A couple of people acted like old, married couples :lol:
 
I'm sorta glad I'm not racing at Tokyo this week, I'd probably be fuming with some of you in GT :lol:

Well, this car isn't going to be very good at keeping away from the walls. I'll need to focus on a tune that stops it sliding. Still, a 1:44.3 isn't bad, given I wasn't as fast as my error-filled 1:44.8 through parts on the lap, purely just by keeping off the barriers. The 44.3 was with one or two taps, mind. Easily 1:43's if I can sort this out.

Update: 1:44.049, maybe not as easy as I had hoped.... Although, the Audi should be the faster car here, and less likely to hit the wall. 1:44.0XX including wall-banging, should be easy to hit 1:43.5 in that.

Update 2: 1:43.966, I'm really not sure if I can go better than that in my car, and though the setup is kind of helping me stay off the walls and set consistently low-mid 1:44's... I'm not liking the distinct understeer I'm getting in the car's setup.

I got a 1:36 in 2 laps and since I'm captain slow of DP I think it'll be 1:30.
 
Are you using RM?
 
You'll need to change the Transmission settings to make your top speed higher.
 
All mods i.e engine stages and turbo? To make the 601bhp. (Oil change too but this is obvious)

I'll make sure the ferrari is slightly brighter than usual so you guys can see me coming (the wrong way) clearer.

I dunno I'm pretty confident. I'm not usually this close to Storm's time this early. I think 1:43's are possible but if I can keep it under 1:45 for an entire run I think I'll have an advantage in the later stages of a tire stint. Just gotta practice a little more and I'll be ready. I'm things will end just fine.:)
 
I'm pretty much at my limit in the Aston Martin. It doesn't navigate this circuit quite as comfortably as it does with other courses, but it could easily be a case of me not practicing for the last couple days.
