Hey PolarBear, THQ might have shut down the online servers for MX vs. ATV Reflex and Alive so if this is true I would love it if I could race here once more. Thanks as always!

XD you've got to be joking! Alive came out like a year ago!

Haven't done much testing but I seem to be way off the pace at the mo. Hopefully things will improve!

Yes but THQ filed for bankruptcy and closed down the studio where they were making the MX games.

That'll do it!

Yea, pace car until a spot opens up?

I guess so. I'm going to need more KFC to eat tho lmao nothing is official yet so you can still consider me inactive in the series

Just realized that I may not make it this weekend. Going to a friends house to shoot some guns :). I will try my best to make it back. But my wife loves to shoot also. So its her I have to convince to leave early .

Now that I dont have to hold my cards too close to my chest, I got a low 1:34.8xx at Tokyo. Was basically the same set up from Suzuka. I think I can find more time if the car was just a tad bit stiffer.

If I do end up leaving on time to make the race I'll throw up a post here.

I think I got 1:35.2 with the Nissan earlier for kicks. I confess that I did tone down the power a fair ol' bit. Even so, it could've been a 1:34 quite comfortably, but the barriers kept getting in my way....

I think for this race, I'll revert to my normal practice of not practicing whatsoever.

Go with whatever works. I think it was either you or Polar that posted the fastest time at Suzuka.

Just "run out" of ammunition

Sounds like a plan! Have fun!

Street course this weekend, we all need to be careful!

This is the widest street course though. Monaco is the time to be worried.

Hopefully when I say that people behave themselves ;)

The monaco race will remind me of Surfers Paradise of V8 Supercars.

Anyone else having trouble connecting to pd servers today?

Just hit a near perfect lap, 1:43.8. Not much room for improvement, maybe a tenth.:/

But of course just like last week doing that for a few laps destroys my tires.

1:43.867 is my new PB around this track. I've changed my setup a fair bit, and it seems comfortable. I honestly thought I was going to hit a 1:43.7 at one point, but I think out of sheer panic I braked too early into the last corner.

Update: Now I'm not happy with the setup by any means, but I've got a new personal best: 1:43.607

Yeah same thing with me. Got a little loose coming out of that really fast left and I almost didn't get it straightened up in time for the last corner.

I still haven't turned any laps at Tokyo yet. I'll run some today probably.

Had a decent stint today, but couldn't match my 43.8. But with a few tweaks I'm now consistently running 43.9-44.1 without a bunch of tire wear and hitting the walls a lot. Can't wait for Saturday!

I may not be able to race this week.

Well, I managed the 43.607, but laps times aren't going to be amazingly consistent. My tyre's should be fine, but I'm probably going to one-stop anyway to be on the safe side.

It'll depend on if and when we get a caution, but that's my plan too. It's pretty difficult to pass towards the middle of the track so I'd expect to get at least one when the DP's come through.:P

Final Penalty:

Indy, Damu, and Mustard will all receive a one position penalty in the Suzuka results.

Series veterans will know I am very reluctant to give out penalties, but I really do not want this to escalate into something worse.

Final Suzuka finishing order:

DP:

1. Polar
2. Panoz
3. FH
4. Lancer

GT:

1. Storm
2. Tex
3. Mustard
4. Damu
5. Indy
6. Racecar
7. Gaz
8. Tbw

Points will be up soon.

Looks like I'm going to come last in Tokyo.

Oh well, I'll try to get up there.
