Top Gear sucks for racing.
Le Sarthe sucks for everything.

Isn't it boring? bwwwaaaaaaaahhh brake, turn, turn, bwwwaaaaaaaaaahhh.... repeat 5 times cross finish line.
Yet I love the high-speed tracks Nurburgring, Spa, Tokyo, and Grand Valley.

I would like to hotlap the Sarthe, but until the WRS hits it, it'll stay untouched.

Tokyo, Cape Ring, Toscana, Top Gear, but the worst for me is London (remind me this stupid New york one we had before...).

I dont really like the ones that doesn't exist in the real world.

I absolutely love all the Nurb versions !!!

While Fuji ain't my favourite i can't really hate it either (that honor goes to ovals). I think the main problem with the last corners of Fuji is the fixed camera that makes it hard to find the line through the corners. Would be a lot more pleasant if the game had look to apex function so you could actually see where you are going instead of the barriers. :)

SPA??? Umm…you do know this is GT(as in Gran Turismo)Planet right????
:dunce::dunce::):dopey::dopey:

Well Monaco because its the wrong version...
All Madrid tracks
And Top Gear because its not a track for me - its boring no up/downhill

Never had the love for Tsukuba, short track with (to me) nothing to offer but a place to drift, and I'm not a massive drifting fan,
No real chance to put some speed down and yet still some of the corners seem to require you to get out and push so you don't run off,
With a full grid the track is half covered in cars before the race even starts, and as such with a rolling start the leader is nearly a half lap ahead by the time you get to start:ouch:

On the other hand I cannot get enough of La Sarthe(that said I just got back from the real deal:)),
Well in a slow car its probably a bit tedious what with the uphill climb through the Dunlop Curve and long Mulsanne Straight, but this track is not for slow cars, its for the fastest cars you can grab hold of,
For me the Indianapolis and Arnage corners are true bliss followed by the Porsche Curves, Indianapolis being the highlight for me, top speed, braking slightly into the kink going right, and hard onto the brakes and a sharp left,
here timing is everything and if you get it wrong then your either likely to be buried in a gravel trap or bouncing off a wall.

Don't really care for R246, its mainly down to it being whored out at every demo showing of the game prior to release and just being sick of seeing it every single time GT was shown anywhere as if there wasn't a better track to be shown instead.

For me the ovals in particular, I just feel that oval racing simply doesn't translate very well into a game. In real life it's incredibly challenging and fast, but in a game like this it's just a bit boring. The only other tracks I really dislike are actually the original GT ones, Deep Forest, Grand Valley and even High Speed Ring. I just never take my cars there, something quite false about them and actually quite technical, but not in a fun way. Grand Valley is pretty dull especially.

It makes it all the more apparent that GT5 should be striving to include as may real world classic race-tracks as possible. Silverstone, Spa and quite a few others off the F1 calendar and beyond. Also, the Toscana ones and ALL the track generator ones disappoint. Why is it that every single track I've created with the track generator always includes about 50% of the corners being tight right after a big crest, so lots of blind entry low speed corners that are very difficult to judge, it's actually infuriating how many completely blind corners the track generator gives you, EVERY SINGLE TIME! I want that fixed for sure :p

The Nürburgring GP, and the Top Gear track. I reckon I suck in this game because of the shift from GT4-GT5, but I suck more at these tracks not because of the physics, but because of the tracks themselves.

Only Track I hate is:
Fuji !!!

The last sector espacially !!
Only created for the F1 not to get a certain Lap-Time -_-
But I did love the ´80 and ´90 Layout from GT3 and GT4.

La sarthe is nice for me but I do mess up in the Last sectors.

Same here. Fuji 80's was really fun!

Whats the point of the small Spain map? Beuller? Anyone?

How about the Autumn track-blarggghh!

Whoever said Green Hell is bad should go race the small Spain track over and over and over. Spanish death by scenery and hairpins.

Also worth blowing my brains out- anything that is claiming to be a rally track. Especially Eigerwand or however its spelled. Reminds me of driving a radio flyer (correct, no steering, brakes, suspension or ejection seat) down the side of Mount St Helens. Let the Dirt series handle that market, it's clearly not in PD's toolbox.

yea autumn ring sucks in gt5 but in forza it was so sick

Top Gear Test Track... I can't believe it is made in a way where you can actually hit other cars crossing the track.

I am definitely not a fan of the Daytona road course. It looks like they just let someone drive a concrete-mixing truck drive randomly over the in-field and then said "oh well that looks sorta like a track" and then painted some yellow lines on it and called it done.

Yeah, it's a bit featureless and many of the corners are fussy, but it's not too bad. Indy's "roval" is a bit better, though. In my opinion, of course.

It is a wretched hive of noobs and X1 drag racers.

Cape Ring Full, them tight hairpins on the infield are annoying and even more annoying when you know that PD designed only 1 location so that it could have 4-5 variatons. Periphery is decent, but it would be better without that big spiral thing.

There is 1 track which I hated in GT4 & GT5 as well & that track is Tsukuba!

It's so damn boring no matter which car is being driven there! I really found life boring after I drove a 4 hour endurance race on Tsukuba!

Nurburgring & Madrid are much more fun but Tsukuba is a real punishment to drive on!

Cape Ring is terrible and thought Top Gear was going to fun, but PD just threw it in there. Would have been nice to have the Stig's lap leaderboard where you could try to beat his times with the same cars. Also the reasonably priced car challenges would have been fun too.

Tsukuba, no contest. The most pointless and boring piece of tarmac ever laid down on the planet. I´d rather watch grass grow for 9 hrs, than race at that dreadful craptrack for a single lap, much less 9 hrs (PD - how could you???).
I strongly believe that Tsukuba is hell. When you die and if you go to hell, you will forever have to race a Suzuki wagon RR for all eternity around Tsukuba.

The ovals are fine for all of a lap but after that i find myself falling asleep!!!!!

Tsukuba 9hrs is a race that i have been shying away from because its short laps will make you feel like you've been driving F…O…R…E…V…E…R !!!!

Personally can't agree with the Nürb-Nord dislike. This track, especially in v & 24hr format, is the games crowning glory!! SO technical, SO challenging, SO edge-of-your-seat, palm-sweatingly*,nerve-wracking. BUT, and its a BIG BUT, when you finally drive a clean, fast lap, and you will have to put in hours and hours of practice and laps (and then some more!), nothing, and i repeat NOTHING, is more rewarding!!!!! Once its 'sussed', everything else seems redundant!! (just my personal view)

*i realise that this is a made-up word, but it sounded good!!! lol !!

Lovin that dude, just done exactly that on the 4 hour, looking forward to being ready for the 24 hour. Lap after lap, trying to hit it all perfect .... awesome intesity. 👍👍

Suzuka and Cape Ring

Stupid 🤬 tracks with 🤬 turns and too 🤬 long. I 🤬 sleep after racing 2 🤬 laps of these pieces of 🤬
