Edit: I don't know how to get an instagram photo to embed as an image, but here's a shot of the rear with the lights @R1600Turbo had described.

Edit again: Guess it does it automatically...

I don't think tags work if you edit them in, I never got it.

Anyway, yeah they are there now but for some reason they look different to me. Maybe they are lower down?

Worst tail lights in WEC this year. There I said it.
While I'm inclined to agree, looking at the rear end and the overall design of the car, I'm not sure the tail lights could have fit anywhere else without copying Audi's spoiler-mounted tail's. And then it would lose one of the few identifying features that allow it to be called a GT-R.

That makes sense, but on the diffuser is a bit silly and I feel it's not enough of an indicator for those that will race against it. Then again it may be brighter than it seems. To me it just seems lazy from a design point, but I see the point of trying to stay in touch with the GT-R road going.

I don't know, seemed to work just fine with Toyota:

Let's also remember that the drivers sit really low (like scrapping the ground low, but without the clipping).

Those aren't exactly like the nissan solution which is more minimal than that and only two instead of three. Either way I don't care for it. Other than that I love the Nissan as much as the Porsche which is my favorite.
That's the road cars actually. Very likely they'll do the race car too, but it's not "official" yet.

Oh look who made that link before it happened...me, in the GT thread. Thanks for the updates you guys.

True but they are also bigger (and from the look of that pic, possibly brighter) so it could work better then you think. Again, drivers in the P1 cars sit very low (and the angle of the front points low) so what looks bad from the outside perspective may work a lot better from inside the car.

The 2015 lmp1 rules state you have to run 'fog/brake lights' in the rear wing endplates. Nissan will have to redo that.

After a quick google search the only thing I found about WEC pre season is a jalopnik article with an hipster showcasing his mustaces over the new Nissan P1. LOL.

When Nissan is supposed to face other P1 cars for the first time on a test day?
