At recess in the playground or wherever, just approach her, and simply ask,

"(insert name here) Can I just ask you something privatly?"

If she follows just come out with it. E.G.:

"Hey, look, this might sound a little creepy, but....well....I really like you. There's just something about you that I havn't been able to work out yet, but I know I really...really...like you. I was wondering if...maybe...well, we could go somewhere together one day. Just anywhere that we could spend a little time together. So?"

Then wait for reply. You will know what to do from there on. ;) Trust me this works. I have told many a 13 year old to do this, and it works. If she rejects jsut say:

"Yeah, sure that's fine. But....the offer is always open. *smile* Thanks."

Then pick your sorry ass up off the ground and get on with yourself ;)

Since you seem to know "so much", answer this.

How do you continue to deal with a long distance relationship with a girl across the globe for over 3 years, whom you only see 3-4 times a year?

The following is not a joke. Dead serious.
My girlfriend told me she thinks we should get a girlfriend.

Details:
I'm away from home a lot for work.
She won't cheat on me.
She's not interested in having another guy.
The 2nd chick would be a girlfriend to us both, not just player 3.

Pros:
1 on 1 time between any two parties would be ok at any time.
Multiplayer would be available whenever I'm home.
We've had multiplayer games before, and had no issues.

Cons:
Twice as many girlfriends is twice the fun I'm not having while at work.
While at work, I'd be miserable thinking about the bonus fun I'm missing.
ALWAYS the possibility for drama in a situation like this.

I've weighed the pros and cons and decided what to do already, I'm just curious what light the wisdom of 13 years can shed upon this situation.

Yeah, I know. But there are serious possibilities and high likelihood for it to end poorly.

I've been with this chick for something like 7 years now. We get along great, she supports all aspects of my gaming, shares my passion for good beer, and can take a joke at her expense, then dish one back out.

Not the kind of relationship worth risking lightly.

Yeah, that's what I meant by not being practical. It's a nice fantasy for sure, but I wouldn't risk it to be honest.

I didn't mean as a relationship situation, more as a fantasy. I agree, it wouldn't be a very good thing to live with, but something fun to think about.

The kind of weak minded bimbo whose weak mind is open enough to be able to grasp the idea of having a 3-way relationship with a man and a woman, as opposed to any one person being passed anywhere.

Like I said, it wouldn't be just a third party, I would have two girlfriends. And each chick would have a girlfriend and a boyfriend, with all that entails. Anything that you'd do with one girlfriend, you'd do with two girlfriends instead.

Date night would be pricier, as would Valentines day. Cooking a romantic dinner for two would instead be for three. Instead of sitting on the loveseat for movies, we'd sit on the couch.

There's a big difference between finding someone to pass back and forth (which we have done before,) and the current proposal.

Also, in what way do you and... whoever else... pass a DOG around that pertains to this situation? Or that DOESN'T pertain to this situation? What's a dog got to do with ANYTHING?
 
And how long would that last til' someone in the party decides they want only 1 person, not 2? I wouldn't throw away 7 years over something like this, honestly.

The counterpoint, though, is that we've shared women before and that it's never been a problem. When the extra chick started trying to get with either one of us (happened both ways,) we told each other about it and broke it off with said chick.

She's not bored with me, she's bored WITHOUT me because I'm at work a lot lately. I'm saving up to buy a new car, cash, so I'm home maybe 5-6 days a month right now. Then I'll be working for xmas money, then to pay my taxes. Come February or so, I'll be home more. But until then, work it is.

We have a very strong relationship, despite what it may seem. We're both completely open and honest with one another, which is how the whole thing came up. She's not happy with so little affection, she made me aware of the fact and proposed a solution, instead of just going out and having some fun behind my back.

No, she's real. I assure you. And I'm living in this trailer set up next to a drilling rig because I work 12hrs a day (other guy works the other 12), and this particular rig is about 5.5hrs from my home. So driving home and back isn't really feasible.

I understand your skepticism, however. She is pretty unbelievable. She also used to play WoW, and is a big fan of the Fable series. She drives a 2010 Mazda3 2.0, which she bought (is buying) with her own money and INSISTED on a manual trans because autos "are boring".

Anyway, it's not just about the sex. It'd be an exclusive, 3 way relationship. If you've ever had a relationship based solely on sex, you know that while it's fun, it's not lasting. If we wanted to pick up another bedroom partner, we could do that. But that's not what the proposal was, and she made that very clear to me when we spoke.

It seems the general GTP consensus is that either I'm making it all up or that it's a bad idea.

You can be okay about it or not. But if she's quite happy having sexyfun time with a plastic willy and someone else and you don't even enter her thoughts in the process, she's cheating on you. If she's willing to do that, what else is she willing to do while you're five hours away?

I wouldn't call it cheating if everyone's cool with it, but I can see your point. I'll agree that we disagree here. The flip side is that if I'm home and she's at work, other girl and I are free to do as we please also.

If she were going to, she wouldn't have brought it up in the first place, she'd have done her thing and I'd be none the wiser. Besides, we reached an agreement long ago that if we ever found ourselves in the position where we'd decided we were going to cheat, (for instance if I found myself in a position to bang Mila Kunis,) there would be a mandatory text message breakup, no response text required. That simple.

Why would she break up with her boyfriend who's just come home? A chick knowingly entering into a situation like this would have no justification for wanting just one. She'd (ideally) be someone who's not happy with just one person, and genuinely enjoys another.

And no, she doesn't really have friends. She's about as antisocial as I am. She just gets lonely and wants some affection and company while I work. We're both really cuddly people, and it bothers her not to have someone there to watch TV or play video games or drink beer with. Of course she wants some sex too, she's nearing 30 and her libido is doing what most women's do around that age. But it's not just sex.
