It's not as simple as Ferrari just scrapping the licence they've already agreed to, at the end of the day it all boils down to money so for Ferrari to pay EA or whoever off on behalf of PD as 8400RPM said, misses the point by a large margin. Ferrari want to make money from the licences not lose it. They have been looking at the licencing issues with PD but nothing has been confirmed to have come from it yet, best to just assume nothing has. These companies can try as hard as they possibly can to get into GT4, but if they already have signed an exclusive contract to another company it's not in their control anymore.
