I really like the RX-8's design. I also like roadsters, so the TVR Griffith, S2000 (esp. the Mugen and LMs and even the latest generation Miata seem pretty nice. The Cobra's great, but it just seems odd seeing it with the top up. The NSX is another favorite.
 
The xsara rally car has to be the best car for its class and yes the Venturi cars were real good cars... real powerfull...thats why sometimes thats why i think i prefer GT2 in some ways :)

160 in a french car? Must be mad! Hmm, wonder if I can get the engine from one in my car...... ;) :D

w_conneely, GT2 may have had more cars but have you played it recently? I had a go and couldn't believe how bad the graphics were!
 
Yeah.... I remember when i first played GT1 & 2 the graphics seemed the best in the world!! they seemed to look soooooooooooooooooo real!!

Even when you put the disk in the PS2 and put all the "make graphics better Please" settings on it still looks PATHETIC now....... :bawling:



frenchy cars arnt that bad i spose but they dont seem to be very competetive... the peugeot (how do u spell it :)) cars are pretty good though. in gt2 anyway, GT3 cars are a lot different now.
 
I can honestly say I very rarely use the french cars in either game. I have Laguna and 406 Touring cars in GT2 that were good, but the only french car worth looking at in GT3 is the Citroen. y2tuscan, the Vectors were certainly different but the M12 sounds so good it doesn't matter!
 
in GT3 i think french cars are a bit crap compared to GT2. in real life i think they are quite good cars, well very reliable anyway. my mum had a peugeot 309, she had it for about 10 years and never once looked after but every time the car started and never broke down. it was about 4 years before she took it for a service and one time it was running without oil for about 6 weeks. so for reliability they are good cars but for racing........

i used to have the same problem with my 1066HP.... then i took exstensive time to adjust the suspension and it drives fine if you use the brakes.

the Trueno GT-APEX Shigeno version. yep looks mean and can chew up big power cars and spit them out. yes on GT3 also. oh but not on circuits. Trial Mountain & Deep Forest II
 
For me, the best looking car would have to be the ZZII. I also love the styling of the RX-8, RSX, and Audi TT. I don't really care for the looks of the racers.

The best looking car in GT3 is the F094/s

Worst looking is the Escudo.

yeah but you can make it handle well with a bit of effort, i love to drift in the 350:)
 
personally i think that the fd3s fc(rx7infini iii) lotus 350,ruf ctr2
s13 and s14 silvia are some of the most beautiful pieces of art on the road not to mention the r32 and r34 skyline
and the crowning jewel of toyota the trueno ae86

In GT3, F1 cars suck. They should race in 1 championship and thats it. That championship is the Formula GT. People use F1 cars to beat the game, which is cheating in my eyes. I think PD shoulda never added theF1 cars in the first place.

Thats all 6 of the F1's in GT3, just so happened I wanted 2 F094/s's in the pic.

I agree with that, F1's should have only been able to been raced in the FGT series. Maybe PD will fix that in GT4 AND make the f1's perform closer to each respective F1 in real life. I hate that GT3's are extreemly exaggerated in their performance department. At least they were made to look like the real F1's.
