OK why do u NOT want F1s??
And this is kinda funny but i was going through my garage and i found liek 3 diff cars i had no i dea how and where id won them, Ne way long story short i got the NSX which changes color when it spins like in the garage from blue to green. COOL HUH.

Nor can I, but there's nothing that we can do about it.

The same can be said about the LM cars and people using them to beat the livin shizz out of the 4x-5x slower cars than them. Or a GT1 road car/R390 road car/Speed 12 in the Polyphony Digital Cup. Same with being able to beat all 10 of the Time trial races in the arcade mode and start out in simulation with a Panoz against stock vitz's :lol:
 
LM cars are not a big deal. F1 cars are. Athe F1's are perfectin every direction except for Top Speed. They suck. I hate em.
 
Its still the same thing. Beating slower cars with a vastly superior car. Wether its a maxed out escudo VS a stock mini at the Test Course your still beating a car that you easily outclass.

Just because you dislike the F1's you cant soley base that they shouldnt be in the game on the fact that people can use them to beat anything else on a road course. Even a human driven LM can beat the AI F1's. A LM can beat any other Human driven car in the game,"except the F1's" should you hate the LMs just because they would be the top dog if there were no F1's? So saying that F1s shouldnt be in the game because of the above means that there shoudlnt be any other car that can outclass everything else.

I kinda hope that the horsepower restrictions, maybe car class restrictions will be in GT4. That would keep this kind of stuff from happening.

If you find it funny, my Spoon Civic TypeR out runs them LM cars. I know what exactly you are talking about. Most people don't like competition, the disagree to it and buy a Skyline tune it to 1,000 horsepower and run it, they don't car about turning we all know that. For me, using a car in a low class and tuning it so it can beat that class high above it. Its always a challenge.

I read your post again. And I understood it further.
Look at the F1's........see they don't look like a Normal car. I thought GT3 was the real-driving-simulator...Not the ultimate F1 driving experance.

The LM's can be beat by alot alot of car if you ask me. Im pretty sure a Little elise (if tuned right), can stomp a LM in its tracks. LM's are never gonna be the top dog. How long has the LM reigned in the GT series....All 3 games. (that are released in America) the F1's....1 of the GT series.

I say no more, my brain is now trying to reactivate itself.

Well,

The ZZII is really nice. (I'm a fan of solid paint schemes)

The rgt is also good for that, but a few decals on a rgt lm wouldn't be bad. :lol:

The evo 5 is real nice since it has both sides of the front end opened up for venting. ( And it's symmetrical up front, so that's a big 👍 ) (no assymetrical venting and no odd license plate placement are rare on some of the evos... damded evo 6 tme )

The motor sport elise is awesome, which is rare among those cars since I am not a fan of most racing color schemes. (there are some in gt3... Im getting to them.)

The jag race in the all white is real nice looking.
The denso's white/burgandy/orange? is perfect, and the castrol is also on key.
The arta and raybrig are both great.
The calsonic... :D
The oreca viper is alright. (would love to have the green/white viper from past games or the taisan jgtc viper in black/red.) :D

Anyone notice a trend in my picks... A fan of solid color cars, that I am.

There are a bunch I missed, I just know it, but who cares.. this is a old thread. (I think) It's almost like this is one of the few threads that allow for discussion of gt3 based concepts... just talking about gt3 can be hard on this board when there are no continuing discussions.
 
GoKents - No all mods are done for looks. There is a purpose for the Evo's (and many other turbo'd cars) having "odd license plate placement". That is becuase if it were in the traditional place it would block the Intercooler, and that would be VERY problematic for cooling (loss of power, longevity of power and maybe damage).
 
I'd have to say

ZZII - I just discovered the other day that it's 4WD making it even more beautiful in my mind. I was able to win the first race of the 4WD pro championship completely stock with default settings :)

Ruf RGT - First 25% of the game before I got my IA license I used this alot.

F094/H - black and yellow...looks like a hornet! I've driven it, but never saved the game when I do. I got a completely black one that I use for racing.

Team Oreca Viper - only at dusk like at the Deep Forest track. Then the lights are on and it looks awesome. During the day the tinted yellow looks alright.

Subaru STi (bugeyed version) - I eventually want to buy one someday...4WD (yep you can guess I love 4WD or IRL AWD)and under $35K? beautiful! The one in GT4 will look even better since it will look like the '04 USDM version...

I guess GT3 uses 4WD to mean AWD...not exactly the same thing...

I could go on for hours.... but i don't have time so just about every car in the game i like the look of. (which is why i can't bring myself to sell any one of my 199 cars. (39+ Skylines excluded)

MAZDA RX7 FC!!!! lol sorry its just been my favorite ever since i was a kid..:)

hey, don't hate on the Vitz! you get it in black, slam it to the ground, put some gold rims on it, and camber the wheels all the way out, and you got one phat ride!!!

Eye-Candy wise, i think the Motorsport Elise, in that sweet Metallic Green, with Gold wheels is sooooo beautiful!!! the one in GT2 stole my heart. not to mentioned earned my respect on trial mountain, thing kicked my arse a couple of times before i could beat it.

The m-sport elise in baby blue and the ZZII in black make me drool :drool:
 
Viper GTRS Team Oreca for me, I think it just looks utterly fantastic. Red and I get along nicely, hence I also like the Toyota GT-ONE Race Car, however I prefer the '98 livery to the '99. The 787B is pretty spectacular.
 
YEAH.... ive just won the team oreca.. and i effing love it. it understeers a bit but thats why i like it even more. its stupidly fast:D looks awsome and corners like its on rails. SWEEET:D
 
hey 87CHEVY, i agree metallic green totally blew me away. i got two one in black rims, and the other in gold. hey try sticking some sims on it and try drifting the b***h.....:eek: INSANE
