Everyone is having the same issue + It's Sony, they wouldn't scam 12 bucks from us like that.

They know it's broken and they are trying to fix it. So just calm down and wait.

Please allow me to tell you this:

a) When they released it for the EU last week; of course, servers were very slow; the PSN store was hardly reachable.

b) The full pack or parts of the pack were not visible on the front page of the store; neither on "new this week" or what ever it is called ...

c) I had to search for it using the search function within the store.

d) Eventually, I found it and purchased the full pack. After checking out ... well, there was not the usual 100kb download or whatever; nothing ...

e) You have purchased it already; fire up GT5 and click this new button before proceeding to GT:Life ... you will see that you have purchased the (full) pack; then simply click to download the content ...

f) That is pretty much it ...

Please keep in mind that quite a few people in your region are currently trying to access the PSN store to buy the content; therefore, server response times might be slow; make sure not to buy stuff twice or three times ...

Maybe it's a validation issue, since It still says there's no version under 'Disc-based"
It may believe you didn't actually buy the pack.

Checked the little download content button and it says i have purchased nothing, yet i bought the complete pack. Its psn/scea **** up

It showed up in the add one and now the icon showed that I have already bought the pack while earlier the shopping bag icon was blue, but now I still couldnt find it in the game, I clicked the dlc button and it still said no purchased content found

Track pack doesn't even have a buy option. The shopping bag is red instead of blue.

I bet once this changes to blue and has a buy option. Things will work.

But I'm p.o.ed because I bought like 9 gold packs then they have a sale and then and all those packs game me were 1 fi 4 engines, and some brakes and tyres I got 2 13 parts and 1 12 part

Red means its not re-buyable like the gear cars and paint (incase you want more)
