Bought it, watched it download the theme and the stealth car. Can't find the car of track packs anywhere. Got an email confirming my purchase. ****ing Sony, never fails.

If this is true, that pretty much proves my point. It's less likely that it's a technical issue and more likely that it's just a server overload of requests.

If I'm wrong, I'll gladly own up to it but that's certainly what it seems like to me.

I just got off the phone with Play Station. They are receiving a ton of calls.
Major problem with the pack. I was charged twice for it, never showed anywhere for me to download.
If you're having the same problem, call them for a refund.
I was told not to try to purchase it again, until they make notification it's fixed.

YES. I copied this directly from PS Blog website. :

While you can buy individual DLC packs, you can also buy it all at once as a bundle for just $11.99. PlayStation Plus subscribers will also get a nice discount on the bundle for the first month of release – more details on that soon.

I am hoping to get a refund for the differance I spent on the DLC.

Got off the phone with customer service...

They said that they had no idea why it was doing that, tried to blame it on ME claiming "you must have done something wrong", AND then said that i MIGHT get a refund.....in a few days. i then told them that EVERYONE was having this problem and they hung up :grumpy:

Wow, I didn't have that problem. You must have been pretty rude to them or something. Everyone on here knows how rude or rough sounding I can be and I didn't have a problem with them.
 
I like how people know the DLC isn't working correctly yet and still they buy it, complain about how its no downloading for them and now they want a refund. If you know there is an issue, you can't buy it then ask for a refund because you're not special and it wouldn't work for you when 1000 of others still hasn't got them working yet. lol
 
SONY said keek checking download list and eventually, when they have it fixed, it will all be in there. I have my doubts.

She said it doesn't work for ANYONE yet, and to keep checking TODAY AND TOMORROW. So I guess we may NOT get it today after all.. A bunch of BS.

LOL. I swear I wasn't trying to troll, I just saw bubble wrap and thought that would be a fun way to pass the time. I mean... who doesn't like bubble wrap? /THAT/ was just an added bonus!

Everyone needs to calm down yes but at the same time...NO. I would be just as furious if I paid for something I did not receive, that simple. So as far as I can tell, there will be or should be much more anger here...

the weakest part of the company and most importantly they are completely and utterly useless.

The american PS store is Run by a clown known as Grace chen who as far as i can tell is just a dumb bint. Apologies to all clowns out there

Has anyone found a SCEA member who has at least a brief response as to what went wrong?

Anger is not needed, patience is, they are fixing the issue and refunds will be given since they know whats going on (ignore what was said when -------- phoned them they probably didn't know the situation), you'll have it soon and it'll all be sorted.
