Everyone that's repeating the same stuff over and over and not reading the posts? Freaking stop it! If you're going to rant at least add something of merit. They know it's an issue. We can yell and scream all we want but it's going to do us no good. We just have to wait.

Also, being a tech guy myself, I can almost assure you that it's probably due to flooding as a few others have pointed out. This is a big ticket item, a lot of people want it so there's probably thousands of purchases rolling in for it. I hope it is as simple as that or a region coding issue.

If it goes on longer than a few hours or even into tomorrow there will be reason to complain but for the moment? Amuse yourselves with this:

To find your theme go into "Settings" on your XMB screen, then "Theme Settings" and change your theme. Hate to be a D**K but looks like Sony aren't the only incompetent ones.... J/K

Actually o_RED_Neck_o I have the same problem with the theme. The theme is not there for me and its not in my download history, BUT I did watch it physically download and install which is the weird thing.

Same as everyone else, spent my $12, got no tracks, no cars, no paint and no suits. And Sony and PD have no excuse. This is a monumental screw-up.

Not like Battlefield 3 is any consolation either. In-game voice chat is broken so there's no comms with teammates in MP. Lots of complaints on the boards about aiming too.
