Get lower than a 4:15 time on the C1 Outer ring in Time attack, and then go back to Quest mode, get on the C1 Outer again, and you get a shot at the MCR Skyline.
 
im at the wanderer where you have to enter all pit areas and ive tried to find all of them is there any other way to get this guy?
 
i just did time attach and got 3:57 and i raced the mcr skyline with ease and i went to buy his car 677PS stock and it costs 900 grand to buy it!!!
 
The mcr skyline is a fine red color. It has normal lights a very nice spoiler and nice acceleration. Looks good almost as good as the west corvette. If you watch the vidio when the game starts they will show it parked for a quick second
 
****!!!!! i can't get the rival # 270 wanderer to come out, i went in all the pits stops, this ****in sucks. i've always hated beating the wonderers in tokyo xtreme racer games.
Is there a map of all the pit areas? i pretty sure i went through all of them, both ways

damn this sucks...........

#281 Raspberry Kiss - will only appear on days that are a multiple of 30 (i.e. 30, 60, 90 . . .) and only on the second half of the game

I've done all of that but on the right day she never came out...and this happened twice...
 
mutha ****a, i still can't get #270 to come out i've gone through all the PA's at least 2 twice, then i used this map:

and i went through them all again and he still doesn't apear in C1 outer loop. Is he sum where else? Any otha special requirmentts?

also how do u cancel a battle, like when sum 1 chanenges u and it says "Battle Cancel?" on the screen, how do u cancel the battle?
 
I found this cheat at cheatplanet i think. It only works for NA cars. Before you push x on course select hold select down and do not release select till auto pilot shows up. If done correctly when racing someone flames will come from yo wheels but it heats the tempatures quick. One time i reached 230 mph
