Ok so I am at 90% with 10,137,540CP, and every upgrade including the Level 9 Engine Upgrade. Are there any cars other than the Wanderers left, I read somewhere in here about Cars that only come out after you've beaten the Time Trial records?

Well there is the last guy. He's not a wanderer but i'm sure you have not beat him yet if you beat all of the wanderers.

The last guy doesn't have a requirement except that you have to beat everyone before him.
