yo darin whats up with the V.S. GTR, i cant wait th see it. u guys first enspired me to start doin up my cars in the body paint section

p.s workin on sum new cars but havin a lil block but when im done, u guys will be the first to see them
 
has anyone gotten to the bosses rook, bishop, and knight. i am getting so pissed off trying to beat all 3 of them in a row. anyone have any tips??
 
use the ford gt40

you can't use turbos car, well yes you can but you'll lose the boost and you'll overheat your engine before even getting to the third boss.
 
i beat them on my second try also but with my supra RZ cant remember where but it was close to a partition, thats where the second one got stuck
 
i had lots of trouble with the 3 dragons, but then i bought a mad cap, and i beat them in 1 try. so i suggest that u by a cap get all mods on it except for the engine(its really cheap so its ok), use the mileage trick to get over 1242, buy an L6T and then chalenge them.
 
i race again them after i beat osaka cause u have unlocka all parts but gt40 make me sad too damn xpensive for the parts but patients is good so i tuned it max w/out emgine change just battle them use stock setting x cept for the final use it between 3.000 to 3.500 make it long distance pickup n make sure u take a lead with the 1st 2 cars & toi batte gain the last 1 battle @ the corners u need to think to use trick caus if they @ front itd nightmare cause gt40 ezly can spin ... but i defeted them straight
cause @ corner they always crash hahahahahahaha

sorry to be a little off topic, but did anyones game not come back after they did the milage trick for a while?

edit: i think it might be when your trip meter says 9999.

and another thing, what happend to honda/acura in this game. i was hoping to tear people up with an NSX.
 
Ya while I was doing the milege trick the game didn't come back and I was pretty pissed, it only happens to me when it rains though, so there could be a connection, did you do it in the rain?
 
Guys, I dumped the Veilside project and started the "BOMEX" Skyline R34. Its kinda unique. But it'll be worth a shot.
 
i bought the game yesterday, (import shop, its japanese version - ShutokouBattle01)
its great! i've played txr-zero and this is some improvement! :)
i started with a S14 221hp, beaten 3 opponents : p
so after reading this huge thread(!!) , i guess i have some work to do :)

-gonna play more now, really cool :)
 
Neither did i really....the supra was King in TXR2 on dreamcast, but in TXR0 and this game it just isnt the same...the only reason I have one is for my Denso :D

I need some help with TXR3. I'm stuck at 88% of the game. I can't beat the 3 supras in Nagoya. I can beat the first two cars in raining condition. But the last one (black supra) is just impossible. Any advice would be appreciated.

I have a R32 w/ specs. Power 611ps/8800rpm & Torque 57.4kgm/6800rpm.

Level 8 Engine.
Level 5 Muffler & Cooler.
Level 3 Transmission.
Level 5 Clutch
Level 3 Suspension
Level 5 Brakes
S Tire all around
Level 4 Reinforce & Weightdown (Level 5 still locked, How do you unlock it?)
Weight: 1399KG.

The R32 is available for Engine Swap already but I haven't considered it yet.

I also have a Supra RZ w/ specs. Power 616ps/7400rpm & Torque 70.1kgm/6000rpm.

Same modification levels as the Skyline. Weight of 1470KG. Not available for Engine Swap.

im not that far but have u tried pressuring them or blocking them
 
I have... but it's quite difficult to do. Especially with the 3rd black Supra. It just flys away from you. :( I'm guessing I have the wrong settings for my R32/Supra. A friend of mine suggested racing them when it was raining, and the 3rd supra still goes fast. I usually start racing the first Supra at the very West of Nagoya going north.

For those who have beaten these 3 Supras. Could you share with me what car and what you did to beat them?
