I have no knowledge if you can play TXR3 on your PAL PS2, you might want to ask.....Darin?
 
Im sure it's been asked loads of times in here but is TXR3 purely NTSC only? Is there anyway of playing it on my PAL PS2 without using a ModChip?

Any info will be appreciated.

I'm not quite sure. Since I do have NTSC verison myself. I don't think the Genki put it in the PAL format. But, if you can't find a PAL verison now, then they didn't make a PAL format. So, just modchip it if you got the cash. And buy the NTSC version. I don't think it should dent your pay check to much.

Im gonna put a thread up about external modchips to see whether anyone owns one and how good they are. I dont like the look of all the soldering.
 
Okay man. Good luck. But the best one I saw was about $70. I forgot which one it was.
 
I made the new thread and queried the Slidecard Modchip, if i get positive feedback, i'll buy it with TXR3 and be elligable to become a member to this thread. Hopefully. :D

How in the hell do you make your flames DG!? The yellow with black flames firebird is very good on the side shot!!!
 
i use the logitech usb wheel mouse, once you get used to it its like using a airbrush. what i do is draw the flames on one side of the car then select AREA and copy it and move it to the other side of the car, i do the same on the hood, i draw the flames on one half then copy it and flip it, then move it to line up on the other side of the hood.
 
Yeah I know all that but how do you make it so smooth? I mean everything is ruff with the pixelated look.
 
im not good at explaining things lol, do you have msn messanger ??? if you dont download v6.0 and i can show you ;)

Is it silver on top with a pale somewhat blue on the side? Thats the one I got.

You gotta know what your doing with the pixel's. Ive been working with pixels on a computer for almost, most of my time on GTP has been spent with pixel's.

My camo FD just has the hood and front bumper done and it looks quite good. And of course, thats on like 1 of 6 cards. And every car has a file on it with cars on it. So most of my cars that I have not shown GTP is quite smooth.
 
Mine has that red laser. But was your that $20? mine was a $29.99 one. Logitech has a mouse that goes over $100.

I spent 19.99 on my mouse, and it's really nice. Microsoft's laptop mouse, it's a little bit smaller, which is nicer for gameplay, it's quicker. It has two red translucent panels that glow when the laser is on. The scroll wheel is also translucent red, so it also glows. It's a pimp mouse. :D
 
My dad bought a new USB Optical Mouse for his 7 year old computer,:irked:, and I just unhook it from my dad's computer hook it up to the PS2 get out a cutting board for the mouse to move around on and i'm set to go.:)
 
i got mine from the school....they were throwin it out cuz they got ones with wheels so i got to keep it when i asked them
 
I can't do the Kazama FD3S. So, I'll do the M-Speed Skyline and the Zesty Sport GTO.
