Now my R32 has 1056 miles on it and i have beat osaka nagoya and tokyo workin on my second round in nagoya right now .I am at 64%

My R32 has level 7 engine
level 5 muffler
level 5 cooling
level 3 trans
level 5 clutch
level 3 suspension
level 5 brakes
level 4 reinforce
level 4 weight down

It has carbon fiber front bumper, hood ,side skirts ,mirrors ,rear bumper ,wing,grille and tail light covers

Its hp is 556 and i have had it at 192.61 MPH ,longest win combo in it is 17 right now. Hardest opponent was the Riddx Supra that thing is fast :mad:

The Riddx Supra was easy for me and I only have a 438PS 300ZX. :odd:

Where exactly are you racing him? Try racing him near the Western side of Osaka where the tiny streets are. Get in front of him and block. Also, use your boost if you have to.

BTW, I had just let off the boost when I did 197.xx MPH. I would have kept accelerating but i had to turn. :grumpy:

Wasn't lvl. 8 the highest engine in TXR0? I could have swore that it was.
 
I just wanted to know, what is the milage that you have to get before you can do the engine swap, I'm just asking because the only car the I race with is my FC RX-7, I have other cars, and I use them when the FC can't do the job, but I'm trying to get the milage up on it, so I can get the engine swap.
 
So anybody know what rasing the boost level up in car settings does? Does it make it so when you hit select, you get even more of a boost?

Nope, it goes:

Level 7 engine. Level 8 muffler. Level 5 body tune.

i just finished beating all 3 cities this morning and now i'm onto the long long highways of nagoya then working backwards to tokyo, my first car was the ae86 tuned to pretty much max on just level 2 engine but it got me faaaaaarr after finishing the nagoya i had a level 4 engine supra to about 450hp at 600 miles...it's good enough to hold off these vettes and supra's i keep battling on highways of osaka :)

p.s. did anyone else notice that when u battle a wanderer -> red pentera that's just insanely fast, the driver name is Keiichi Tsuchi(yama?)

I know that the change engine option opens up after you put a certain number of miles on your car, so you have to drive the car that you want to change engines for a while.
 
this game has to be the most eaiest racing game i have ever played. i beat hafe of the game with my AE-86. I do like the story. Unlike the old one on ps2 there was no story. but i think this game is alright.;)
 
No, it has 600 rivals. You're probably in the first half of the game where it says there are only around 101 rivals in Tokyo etc...? Well, that means that you are not even close to being finished!
 
For ome reason, this game is kinda dissapointing me. It's coming along to fast. I already beat 2 cities, it;s a dissapointment. Or doy ou goback to the cities again?

You go through all the cities twice. The first time through them you have to beat the 2/3 bosses at the end. THe second time through, it like TXR0 where you just have to beat the team leaders and the Wanderers.

I finally tuned my R34 up. Every upgrade that was avaible at the time. I'll post the details in a few minutes.

Aww nice. Do theys till ahve Speed King in his blue R34, Red Devil in hi crazy R34, adn White Carisma in his FD3S?

I don't think White Carisma is in the game. Speed King is though but he goes by a different name. Juntie or something like that I think.
