What grinds my gears is when the A-holes in my computer programming class, make fun of my laptop because it still has XP on it, but it oils my gears, when I hear them complaining about how they can't play any old games on their precious windows 7, and vista operating systems, and then I start playing a hardcore session of Duke Nukem 3D, just to have them crowd around my computer, and for me to lols at their fate.

Lol what's funnier is XP is still most used pc operating system. I have 3 pc which all still have xp on them and 1 that has vista. I wish so bad it had xp. Windows 7 is alright I heard, but copying is supposed to be super slow and dumb. Xp is the best windows ever made all the others just look fancier. If you truly want looks good and works good get a Mac lol.

Yeah, the guy that was Mr. CoolFiat on here wasn't so 'cool' today korza493. I used facts to destroy his argument, and he went off. It was quite funny.

That statement is wrong. That's down to the hardware(This includes the flash drive itself as it can make transfers slow due to cheap hardware), software, and technologies. If a Windows 7 machine is running on a P4 then yes it will be slow. Windows 7 was made for faster hardware that is about 7 years newer(at least 2GB of ram for a basic computer). Even then a ton of innovation happens only after 2 years. My 2 year old laptop had a Core 2 Quad, 4GB of DDR3 1066, and a Nvidia GeForce 240M graphics card. That laptop had Windows 7 and it is a very smooth running laptop even today. I still use it for my college work and I still can get 2 and a half hours out of the battery. In the Tech world it's either adapt or fade away. It's the nature of the game.

@Vandenal: He is off the wall type of person who can't suck his pride in. Just the type that keeps on bantering about something that is worthless to talk about.

Ya I don't have a windows 7 machine and have only used one for like 10min max in my life. I just heard lots of people tell me that. I don't think it's for small files more huge ones. I heard it says processing for like a minute than starts and people were saying like wtf was it doing when it said processing for so long etc. I get the hardware thing obviously that's gonna make a difference but the people who were telling me said it was still much quicker with xp for same size files. Again I can't confirm or deny either way.

Mr. Coolfiat said he got banned for arguing is that true?

For once I have a good song stuck in my head, Night City by The Sword, Christmas Eve is tomorrow, and I don't have school for a while. My girlfriend has been making me happy, and I don't mean in the way a pervert might think, she just makes me laugh even though not many of my friends can, and it's nice to have. My cat isn't bugging me for food tonight, but is instead laying close, but not annoyingly close to me on my bed. I finally got a heavy jacket to wear when I walk to school, it was only $25 and is warmer than most winter coats, but it looks good too. I got to play GT for a good time tonight, changing wheels on my standards and lapping my favorite cars around the ring for a couple hours with my DFGT. It has been a great day, even having a full day of school.

What Oils my Gears is finding a song that suites my brother. It's called King of Fools, from Edguy. ;)

In fact, Edguy generally oils my gears, they're so spectacular!!! Only started listening about a month ago and just love their music!!! They have a good sense of humour too.

What if I said: iPad, Tea, Blanket, Fire and GTP?
Laptop is better, I don't like tea, I have a blanket yes, I have central heating, I am obviously have GTP otherwise I couldn't type this. By the way, I'm now in my armchair watching Top Gear on Dave Ja Vu

iPad is better, you should like tea, blankets are epic, I have central heating and fire, and I'm also watching Top Gear. With no adverts, because I recorded it... :sly:

If you dont like tea, you're not a proper Englishman. Just do what I do and have it with 3 sugars.

Blasphemy! A dribble of milk, and no sugars.

I agree. I only have it with sugar when I need a sugar rush. And because it all sinks to the bottom so the end of the tea is like liquod sugar.

I'm 1/4 Welsh and coffee is nicer

I'm half Welsh, quarter English and quarter Irish scouser, and I can't stand tea. Coffee all the way.:)

What's oiling my gears is having ten days off work!

I'd just like to point out that Im 100% English, and I love tea. Well, Im 1/32 Austrian, but I dont count that bit.
