I don't know but I guess that with teachers writing up our reports they just forgot about giving us homework. Not that I'm complaining :D

Why are you going to Japan?

Because my Fiancee and I are getting married and she can't get a Visa for 🤬 Britain. So I decided to leave. To be honest, I've been threatening to leave the UK for years and other than a few times when I have left for around 6-8 months, I've never left permanently. This just gives me the push I need.

Would just be nice if I could get a refund of all the tax I've paid over the years, after all, it was them that forced my hand.

Edit:
So the plan is to work and save money in Japan for a few years. After which, we will study in Canada for long enough to claim citizenship under the "Canadian experience class". After that, I can happily get rid of my British passport.

Uhm but won't she get a VISA once you're married? That's how it's working in Germany - married? Alright, come in, bitte.

No, the requirements are actually quite astronomical. Actually, that's a slight exaggeration. However, we don't meet the requirements currently and there are new guidelines coming in in April which will make things a lot tougher for us. She's a Japanese citizen.

The financial requirements may be fine for a couple in their thirties, but given that I'm 24, and have blown most of my savings on travelling, they are near impossible for me to meet.

The whole experience has left me angry, so I'm finally going to do what I've been threatening to do for years. Leave.

Finished my business leadership class with an 87! Also, I had my accounting exam today, and I feel like I did very well, so all is good.

Now I just need to tackle my math exam. I'll stop talking about math class now, because this isn't the grind my gears thread

Skython
I did near to no homework for an entire year and still passed!
