Just brought a Corvette Z06 C6 (No, not the ZR1) slapped some nice wheels on it and body kit, then took it for a spin on TGTT free run, Cockpit view, floored it..... :drool:

What a noise! Sounds like thunder, completely stock.

I compaired it to the ferrari F430, and on the straight it is 5mph faster, against the scuderia it's neck and neck.

The scuderia is faster round the track by 2 seconds, but against the F430 they are very close.

This sort of thing Oils my Gears.

Also brought the Jag XKR, sounds and drives amazing stock.

Well, I've just gotten my stereo replaced after the first becoming faulty after just half a month. The replacement is here, and it instantly read the disc. No five thousand year waits, it read it instantly. let's see if it doesn't have skipping problems.
 
I'd always like to drive on the Nurburgring (GT5), esp. the 24hr layout. It always sooth me, even if it is destined to kill you :p

Why is everyone only starting trying cars stock now. I've been racing stock for my entire GT5 time. Tuned cars have no soul or feel. Not even a personality. It's just a setup that helps noobs drive better. :sly:

Anyway, I'm glad it's friday, I'll probably be able to finally do a LMS race with all the guys I haven't been able to race with for a month or so, so that will be fun. My ankle will have time to heal tonight as well. Also, tomorrow is a formal dance thing at my school, and although I usually loathe the crap out of them, I'm looking forward to this one for some reason. Maybe because it makes my girlfriend so happy seeing me suffer, or maybe that I have decent fitting formal clothes, but whatever the reason, I'm actually in a way looking forward to it.
 
No school for 3 weeks, going out with friends tomorrow, and watching the Muppets Movie on Wednesday with friends as well.:D

Well I've been too lazy to look up any news for either Grand-Am or the ALMS, so I figured I could use a motorsports community. I'll try to be on more, but I get lazy pretty easily.
 
It's okay. My gear oiler today:
We just got Andrew Watson, a Ginetta Junior Cup driver in the UK to be out driver blogger so he can blog about his season. We are in talks with some F3 drivers and FIA GT Drivers!!! Hopefully this will draw more people to the site and build a fan base for the driver.

It oils my gears hearing how many people that watched Queensryche perform as an opener for ACDC in the mid eighties just all agree that Queensryche was so good that watching ACDC was almost pointless. And Queensryche were still a new band at this point. Their first album was only 1984.

Thank you! I should be going on more, it is a nice forum, and I'll try to spread the word about it. The only friend I have in real life that likes motorsports is stubborn and probably won't sign up, but I'll try. 👍
 
Getting all my homework done oils my gears. I still think that Quadratics are some higher power's attempt at making me insane though.

**** ya! Just did my test and they tried to switch it up on me by giving questions all out of order, but they can' trick me and I still smoked it.
