Lucky, I have to go shopping to get stuff for cooking class on Monday.

Ewwwwwwwwwwwwww. I have auto shop not this.coming Monday but the next. Looks like I have a better class change than you?!

Nobody being home right now oils my gears. Usually as soon as I'm home from school I get chores or bothered with tons of questions. Today, I am sitting on my couch in the room with the beautiful Sony and Cambridge home theater, blasting Master of Puppets, being that I haven't listened through this album in about 5 years. It sounds sooo good.

Hate cooking, my food always burns and I always fail..

I've seen worse. Last lesson two kids in my class brought some sausages and bacon, fried them, got some random bread and put the sausages and bacon on top, before eating it.

At least you guys have food lessons, I don't. As a result, the only things I can cook are Pasta, Spaghetti Bolognaise, a fry up and Chicken Risotto.

That's all I can cook. I can bake a fairly nice Victoria Sponge though.

The best way to learn is to pick up Delia Smith's How to Cook. I know it may seem a bit like a noob way, but she isn't patronising in her recipes, and they all work.

The other thing you'll notice is that most recipies and meals are based on the same basics principles and methods. Once you learn how to make a spaghetti bolognese, you can make curries, chilli con carne, shepherd's pie, lasagne and moussaka.

^I don't actually know what a Pot Noodle is!! I'm going to guess that they're noodles

@Skython: Yes, there is such a thing. Hammerfall's version of 'Breaking The Law' is better than Judas Priest's version.

I doubt it, as the situation with an Iron Maiden cover, it won't be good without A) A good Vocalist, or B) Dramatic Tenor, and only Rob Halford, Bruce Dickinson, and Geoff Tate are that good. BTW, Rob Halford is another Dramatic Tenor.

EDIT: If this is it, then I wasn't very impressed. The vocals sounded a little flat, and his high notes were a little too weak. His voice doesn't have enough control at times from what I can hear. I'll compare his performance here to their other music.

Another EDIT: He can actually sing, his vibrato is quite effective but why didn't he use it in the cover? Would have fitted in better.

I can't even make a Pot Noodle..

Cooking class is simple.

When I was a lad at school I spent 2 months preparing for a stupid food science evaluation and planned to make some awesome stir fry. When I realised how much more skill it required that I actually had I just took in a bag of boil-in-the-bag rice and put it in one of them plastic Chinese takeaway tubs for authentic looks. I still got a D- so not a complete fail for spending 3 minutes boiling rice. :)

The feeling of getting something done. Shoveled all the snow today even though I only needed to do half and my brother should've done the other half.

Ah. I shoveled the deck, sidewalk, and the entire driveway today. And I am now Level 9 on Madden Superstars. Those things oil my gears.
