For me I have been checking over and over again in the used car dealer, have not seen one Datsun 240z,zg or whatever they call it. I got the 280z but was dissapointed to find its the s130 body, not the s30 280z but I haven't seen the 240z since the day I bought the game for sale. The only 2 cars I wanted were the z32 and 240z, z32 was easy since its a premium but the 240z hasn't been seen yet, killing me.
 
I guess i got lucky then. I snatched that thing right up :)
I can't find a Mazda RX-7 LM Race Car :(
 
My mother had a 280z when i was like 3 years old, kinda want to get one in orangish red just for that was a sweet little car.

X1 of course but got 2 levels to grind on indy first.

And that one jaguar race car, but maybe we get that for christmas can't wait. :)
 
240z as well. It popped up once very early on when I was on low on credits, never seen it again...On the bright side, the Supra RZ just showed up.
 
For me it's the Z31 300ZX, my first car in the real world. Haven't seen it once yet in the used car lot, let alone in the light blue metallic that would match my real car.
 
Jaguar XJR-9LM & FGT , I Grinded Indy god knows how many Times to get too 5million cr went and looked in the UCD and the Jag was there

Just need to raise the CR for the FGT now :grumpy:
 
I've got, or atleast seen, pretty much everything I'm hot for. The Toyota 2000 has eluded me, though, but it's not that high on my list. Also, I haven't seen an '89 300ZX. I'd like to have that one over the later ones.

Edit: Ok, seems like the '89 is premium only :(

And also, I want the Silk Cut Jaguar. I've seen it many times, just needed my money for the formula at the time.
 
I'm searching for the 1968 VW Karmann Ghia, I used to own a 1959, not quite the same but as close as I'm gonna get to it.
 
Mercedes 190 2.5 Evo (DTM version). I have the road going version. I remember good times taking that around Nordschliefe in GT4.

Also waiting for the Audi quattro to show up.
 
Wait till you start seeing 2010 models show up in the "used" car lot.

You cant buy the 2010 Jaguar XF from the dealership, but its in the game as a standard model - must be another PSP import.

There are cars I am waiting to show up in the used car lot that really shoul dbe in the showroom --- except they are standard :lol:
 
Eating away at me? Too darn right!

It's torture. Why do I torture myself on an 'entertainment' console? It's my evenings after work. I should be chillin'! Grinding repetative races just so the garage refreshes.

Impreza 22B and Merc 190 DTM for me. Driving me insane :mad:

Never seen them - I have been playing the game virtually every night since launch. I don't mind a little bit of a lottery but I have checked that darn garage litterally hundreds of times. Little bit much PD :guilty:
 
Toyota 2000GT, I've been watching the dealership forever to get that car. Never have I seen it show up.

Can't find an XR4TI either, but I think that's because it isn't in the game. ;)

I snagged the Green RX7 LM Race car a couple of days ago.

I won't go so far as to say it is eating at me but the one I most want to find is the Black Mazda 787B. I also would like the find both the Silver and the Black FGTs. right now those are at the top of my wish list. Don;t know for sure that they will even show up in the lot but am hoping.


I also managed to get the 22B a few days ago.

I have not saw the 2000GT or would have bought that one too.

I did see the 190 Evo DTM a couple of days ago but was low on funds at the time so I had to pass on that one.
 
My own car.. the Mazda Axela (Mazda3). Not only did it take forever to show up, it's based on the 4-speed automatic instead of the 5-speed standard (which is what I drive). I am disappoint.

A truck - any truck!! I have been waiting for two weeks now and there has never been one! Not that I really want one but I need it for that amateur race - I think it was. Driving me :crazy:
 
Ford RS200 rally car. I saw a normal RS200 once but couldn't get it at the time.

I've gotten pretty lucky to find most of the cars I had my sights set on though. Found the Initial D AE86, Sileighty (my real car, and even the correct color midnight purple pearl), Supra RZ, Chevelle SS 454, Impreza Coupe STi (2-door!), and my latest find was a Tom's Chaser.

The Impreza Coupe was eating away at me for a while. It's a Lv6 car, and I was Lv4 when the first one came round. It's always been my favorite Subie. I desperately tried to level quickly but it was long gone by the time I was Lv6. I was Lv15 when another one finally came around. I bought and tuned it to 344hp and use it for the intermediate rally races. It dominates the snow, I literally passed all three cars in all five stages, finishing almost 3 minutes ahead of 2nd place.
 
just the FGT and something that will beat the historic cup, only two cups i havent gotten in expert and extreme, then id have to wait for the nomad race car, seen it once on the first day and again last night
 
For the longest time it was the Yaris/Vitz RS turbo which was eluding me but I have yet to see a Ford RS200 (Road Car) and Amuse S2000 GT1, both of which are on my "want" list. :)

I have both of the RS200 cars normal and Rally versions. I modded the rally version and ran the 3rd part of the GT rally with it. Used it on all 3 sections and the closest any one was on any single stage was about 6 seconds some stages I was abotu 1 minute ahead.

Great little rally car.


btw for the guy wanting a truck. You get one as a prize for the I-A driving test when you get a bronze or better in all of them. Also I got a Chevy SSR as a prize on one of the races but I forget which one it was.

I also won the Amuse GT1 04 in one of the B-Spec races yesterday. I think it was the 9 hour Tsukuba, either that or the 4 hour Nurburgring. Oh and the new one, GT1 Turbo is available at the new car dealer under Amuse

I've seen the Yellow Bird at least twice so far but have not bought it yet. I did buy the 3400S and the RGT though.
