yea, it sits next to the hue silver chrome chip, its the paint like one of the black chrome volks wheels u can buy for premium cars but for painting the whole car. higher than metallic just like silver chrome.

So far I've only seen Silver Chrome and I believe I've seen all of the special paints. But that's not official, it's just an opinion.

I think you won't see Chrome Orange (for example) because it would emulate the Chromeline cars and nullify one of the benefits of the Special Edition GT5's.

Of course I'm only speculating so I could be 100% wrong.
 
You can buy Mid Chrome Orange and Yellow from one of the premium (can't remember which one) so I don't think there's anything better than silver chrome (except maybe gold chrome and it could be a special prize)

Why? People will still want to trade paints... I just traded 2 (or was it 3?) mattes today. The values just aren't whacky anymore which is fine by me because I was never trying gouge people.
