Anyone heard of History legends of war pattons campaign? Apparently it's out in 2 days time in US.

I was checking out PSP turn based strategy games and come across its prequel. Not many reviews available but generally favourable on metacritic. Reminds me very much of the new Xcom.

Then I found a you tube video of it running on vita. Looks good.
In the you tube comments section, 5 months ago the developer posts a comment that there making a dedicated Vita version PS3 and Xbox ( Not sure if its a new game or an updated version).
Turns out this game releases Tuesday in US.

Talk about under the radar.

Has anyone heard of this game which supposedly releases in less than 2 days? Or have I just been burying my head in the sand.

Some are saying releases 20th. Metacritic says 6th.VGR say the 6th whilst IGN are going for the 12th.

Its far better than Asphalt. I played for a good hour today, it controls as good s any arcade racer on any system. My biggest grip in my hour is when you escape the cops random car spawns and you have no where to turn off and hide. I had a 5-6 minute pursuit because of this and it was frustrating.. But the races are fun. Just not many cars on track. REally liking it. I just wish WRC 3 was easier to get in the U.S. with overpaying.

You mean in cooldown period? Yeah they sure do spawn police cars to hunt you down. But hey, that is part of the game. After a couple of tries you get the hang of it.

I think Milestone and Sony could earn some cash by offering WRC 3 on Vita via psn. Strange that it isn's available. I hope they fix that.
 
I do not even have Plus. But the other 2.0 improvements sound great.

Plus owners: check out Gravity Rush. Best adventure game on the Vita.
 
Anyone know of a case you can use with the PDP Trigger Grips?

Got the grips because my hands were cramping, and they really enhanced the feel of the Vita for me, but now they wont fit in any case unless I take them off. (right now I'm just basically stuffing it in the vita case and rubber banding it closed.)

Would be good if there was any kind of case/pouch I could use, or barring that a good top cover shell kinda thing that could go over the screen.
 
Gravity Rush is great so far. Part of me feels bad for not purchasing it when I constantly told myself it was my next purchase and the other part is loving it as much as I always anticipated.

I also purchased Music Unlimited as I couldn't pass up the $12 for a year deal. It is very cool so far. Just going through and putting tons of music I've missed into offline mode for my long drive to the parents for Thanksgiving dinner.
 
Guys I implore you to buy Surge, its on playstation mobile. Excellent block puzzler, great music, excellent non tacked on touch controls.
These guys need our support. Please check it out. Cheap too.

Its been out a year so perhaps the production costs dropped enough to reduce the price. I think E3 will announce a new Vita with(hdmi,usb) a new price along with a new blockbuster title.
 
Ok chaps I've got some of you on my friends list do any of you have hot shots golf ?

New update adds turn based challenges. Basically you can play asynchronously. You can have up to 72 hours to take your shot, 3G works in this mode too. I'm looking to add HSG players to my list so if anyone's interested add me spagetti69.

Mcfizzle, Marco, do you have this game? If your interested I can send out some challenges your way, I've sent out a few to people who I know have the game. I've used beginner characters and clubs in case the individuals haven't unlocked everthing.

Great update, graphical improvements and general balancing of characters. Asynchronous play can hold up to 20 simultanious games too.

Ok take your time ill set 72 hours reply time, 9 holes, ill use beginner club, standard ball etc.
 
I don't have it Spagetti but I do have MLB '13 The Show if you ever want to play that.
